This turned out to be United Health Care with a reminder to get my annual eye exam

Are you sure this is from United Health Care?   When I called the # back.....I got a different name.  I am going to check with UHC directly to see if this is on the up and up and not some kind of ins. scam.

The call was from Bardwell, Texas. They left a cryptic message with a 5-digit number that I didn't recognize, and a woman's voice saying, "Have a nice day".

I called back and got a recording saying it was MedXM or something that sounded like that. I was told to stay on the line and the next representative would be with me soon. Sounds like they are selling something. I hung up.

Please let us know what you find out.  They Have called 4 times in 4 days.  About to block the number... if that would help.  Wouldn't UHC identify itself.

Mssg left saying he is Ivan calling from Quest Diagnostics on behalf of United Healthcare. Please call him back at 888-722-1703.
Did not do so.

Received several calls over the last few months from 460-300-2487 Bardwell, TX. I did not answer, and message left was to call 888-359-8535. If it is UHC why would caller leave a phone # that is different from the # they were calling from, and not identify that they are from UHC? Woman with heavy Indian accent

I called back because they called twice. One call after another. It said “ thank you for calling Quest Diagnostic on behalf of United Healthcare”

caller id said uhc, could be using a number fake number generator
