Called our office on the 9th, but failed to navigate our IVR. Caller ID listed the number and "BARDWELL    TX". We receive frequent hang-up calls from BARDWELL.

Also calling with caller ID listing the number twice.

Ignored, no message.

** CASH OFFERS FOR HOMES**.   They are based in Arizona.  Even if they are legit, they will offer half of what your property is worth.  Don't trust them.

The female rep with whom I spoke stated they were based in Arizona, but they have many locations (according to her).  This telephone number is out of Texas.

Yet another 469 property buyer attempt.

When I picked up an automated message told me that I was going to be served with legal papers withing 72 hours and if I wasn't home they would go to my place of employment/business.

I received a text message from this phone #  : I'm a buyer , I saw your house on line for sale on the website. Are you the owner of the house ?

I also received a text message from this number: "Hello, I am a buyer, I saw your house for sale online, can we talk about it?" He also said he was an assistant helping his boss to find a house.

Called and left no message.  Google says it is a Robo caller.  Suspect scam/fraud
