This number has been calling my business for a while now and I finally got fed up. After seeing this web page I called the number back maybe 15 times and every time I got a voice mail that said "heeyyyyy forget about it!" that's it. I finally got through and asked for the supervisor and the lady said she was the supervisor, so I demanded they take my number off their list. She took down the information and said she would. I guess we'll see...

Merchant Services wanting to talk to the business ower or co-owner. NOPE! Not gonna happen! Of course for every question they had I had one for them...they didn't like it so they just hung up.

Got a call asking directly for the CEO (knew his first name). I said he was in a meeting (which was true), and then she asked if I was a co-owner. I said "no" and she thanked me and hung up.

They're bothering me again after nearly a year of peace.

Destinee has called me 2 times in the last 10 minutes. She asked for the business owner by name. I told her he wasn't in and asked if I could help her. She said she is calling from Merchant Services. I asked her if she was our current Merchant Service carrier. She said no. I said, "Ma'am, we are not interested in your services. Please do not call here." This idiot calls back and I had to tell her again we are not interested and to not call back.

Destinee called again today. I told her the business owner isn't in and asked if I could help her. She initially told me no message and I asked her what it is in reference to. She said the credit card processing. I asked her if she is our merchant account holder. She claimed she is. I then told her she has to speak with me because I handle the credit card accounts. She said well I need to speak with the business owner about reducing his rate for 2017. I told her we are not interested and hung up. This is ridiculous.

Received call from David today. He said, "I need to speak with ______ and knew the owner's name." I told him he wasn't here any longer. He said, "Who do I need to speak to then." I said, "That would be me." He proceeds to go into a spill about credit card crap again.  I told him I have already reported them to FTC for harassment because I've asked them not to call here at least 8 times in the last week.

A woman called asking for the CEO (knew his name); whom usually gets spam calls, so I told her he was in a meeting (which he was) and asked if there was anything I could help with. She asked if I was the office manager and I said no, and she said she'd just call back later. Wanted to note that their caller ID name was also their number, which I thought was a little strange.

Never have I been called lewd names before by a telemarketer. Call started innocent enough today with the Rep asking to speak to the owner. As the owner was unavailable he then asked for the office manager who was also out. He asked if we had merchant services account and I thanked him for calling and told him to have a nice day. He interrupted me to call me "Such a B****" and then hung up. Extremely unprofessional! I am appalled, and if I could reach his hiring manger I would.

Credit card merchant

A guy from North American Processing called us and wants to speak to owner, I let him know The Dr. was not interested and to have a good day, and hung up. He called back which I did not answer, he called back about 15 times over and over. We have called ID. He then called and blocked his number and when I did answer he called me a F***** B****. He did not call back. Loser company hires degenerates to harass people.

I advised that we were using our bank to do our credit and debit transactions, and he said oh they dont do that I KNOW, raising his voice and sounding aggitated with every word. I advised that we did not use their company nor were we interested in using their company and to please take us off the caller list, and hung up. Company called and left no message on voice mail, just hung up loudly.  They have called before.
If a legitimate company, they would have left a message.

Person called for business owner.  After he was told the person wasn't available, he lied and said that the owner was expecting his call and that he needed to speak with him.  I told him what he said wasn't true. Then he asked for his personal phone number so he could speak to him which I refused to give to him. He didn't want to leave his name. I suspect that he was a sales man from merchant services company.

These guys call us several times a week. I finally told them to leave a message the the lady told me to " f**k off".  Really? You call me and I politely offer to take a message and you say that to me?
