We originally contacted this number to assist with debt collection, then it turns out they want thousands or dollars up front and they can not guarantee anything.  When we declined to go further because there is no way for us to know if we will ever receive anything, I was told " I sound so [***] ignorant" by the person on the other end of the phone. I will be reporting this.

Continue to get repeated calls asking for Rachel from numerous callers from same number.
Always rude and implying I am lying to them as to who I am or am NOT.  I have been polite, but the insistance that they keep calling is really upsetting me  I have asked them to stop and they just laughed as though I was talking to Santa Clause.............. I am really frustrated HOw can I get them to stop calling.

"Hi this is Josh from the customer service department, can you hear me ok?"  1. This number is brand new (3 months old) and has not been used for any business transaction.  2. Identify the company you are calling from.  3. Don't bother calling me back.
