i just got a phone call saying was going to jail for $8,000.00 and I was being picked up at 11am on 1/3/2014. I don't know what to do. I am a sick person with a wife and 2 kids. I don't know what they are talking about.

The caller, according to all reports here and seemingly from his actions, appears to be a scammer.  (What law enforcement agency schedules a date an time "tomorrow" for you to be arrested?)

Indian woman called said I wil be areested tomorrow very threatening. I needed to pay some debt I have never heard from. Called my work and left message on my cell.

It's a bogus scam!  I've been threatened by them for 3 yrs.  I'm still not in jail.  It's a scare tactic...

It is either a scam or bill collector.

That is the same thing I just did and he got very angry with me and threatened me. I told him I know my state laws and that he did not like either. Called me three times at work.

Got a call from this number today,4:30pm on a Friday, saying if we did not pay $786 my husband would be arrested immediately.  That we had 30 mins to pay, or they would process the case....at 6pm I was still talking to them and it had not been done. I told them I could not do anything til Monday, and after being put "on hold", I was told to go to WalMart with the cash in hand, and call so that a conference call could be set up so that he Ricky Harris (who's Indian accent was so strong I could hardly understand him) could give me directions on how to send the money.I didn't get the name of the " Law Office". Every time I asked,  he just said yes this is a law office. Thank God I found this site before we paid!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

I call a call from this number at work and at my cell saying i was going to court on a cash loan I never got.
