I do not answer any call from a number I don't recognize. This number will be added to my block list.

This number called stating this is my only call and government is going to get you.

I received a call from this number this morning and didn't answer.  A man left a message saying his name was James Caston(?) and threatening government is going to get you.

Same threat.  Guess we'll all have to have a party in the Big House:)

There was a message left on my voicemail stating that if ignored it would be a violation of some law. Once I called back they said that there was a warrant for my arrest for tax evasion and when the call was over authorities would be at my house within 45 minutes. They told me I had an outstanding tax debt of almost $7,000. Reported to local authorities who said it was a scam.

I received a call from james gatson saying  I was wanted by the federal government and to return his call or I would be prosecuted. What a jerk. Do people really fall for this crap. I guess being on the do not call list doesn't mean very much.

Just received a voicemail from the same foreign speaking man.  He said I needed to call him back so he could help me avoid jail.  something about the US treasury and my tax evasion.

Same as Beth - US Treasury enforcement action...How does the government allow this to continue?

I just got the same call, filed a complaint on both the Do Not Call List and the Federal Trade Commission.

Treasury Scam.  Don't give these people any of your personal info.  They are just trying to scare you into providing personal info.

I didn't answer.  A man left a message saying his name was James (SOMETHING) and threatened government action against me unless I call him back, DOUCHBAG!

It's sad how often I get these calls, at least once every two weeks.

Same James Gaston left threatening voicemail, threatening to send me to jail about tax treasury. Felony charges will filed if I don't call back asap. This clown also calls from a New York number 718-569-6648, he left my wife a voicemail yesterday on the New York number.

I got the same call today.  Voice mail from James Caston stating this is an enforcement action from the US Treasury, and that ignoring the voicemail is considered an intentional attempt to avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury.  First of all, I have to tax/treasury issues.  Second, Last I heard, the government still was required to serve citizens the legal way, through the courts and by a process server, not by voice mail.  He never even stating the name of the person the message was for.  This is a scam and should be illegal.  These people should be going to court for fraud.

Like the others, I got a pre-recorded message, supposedly from a "James Caston" claiming to be from the U.S. Treasury threatening "I'd be called before a magistrate" if I did not call back.

I also received call from this caller at 11:24 am on Friday 3/11.  The voice was foreign, I told them not to call, and message continued so sounded like a recording.  Said government call.  We all know government doesn't call you, they send certified mail to your home.  Clearly scammers trying to rip you off.  Hang up and block them.
