Got a call from this number, did not answer, did not leave a voicemail. I called back, heard an automated message that said, "Press any number to be removed from this list. It may take 24 hours." Then silence.

Called the cell again.   Thought it looked familiar.   Really wish Verizon let us block numbers!

These fools called an anti-spam activist - heh, heh.  It's extremely simple - go to your phone service provider's site and block their number.  No need to ever answer a call from these dragworns again.  Don't waste a breath typing "how to get them to stop calling", or interact with their scammy 'press any number to be added to even more spam lists'.  Just block them.  Never having anyone answer their calls - ZERO - shuts them down.

Got a call from this Number answered it as eternal rest funeral home they hung up.

Pre-recorded message on my Google Voice line about alarm systems.  Tried to transfer to a person and waste their time, but it disconnected.  They've called a couple of times before, but I keep getting disconnected.  I've gotten these types before, and I can generally keep them on the line for 20-30 minutes (of which they get NO SALE) for some idle entertainment.  Guess I'll have to wait until next time.

But sorry, DaSalo, I think the best way to shut them down is to pick up the phone and talk  to them as long as possible. While they are talking to you, they aren't making any sales.  Hanging up/blocking lets the autodialer go to the next person faster, increasing the odds of them making a sale off someone else.  And every time they get a sale, it allows them to keep telemarketing.  If more people would actually answer the phone and waste their time, it would devastate their business.  That's why they use autodialers and pre-recorded messages - to reduce the number of unproductive calls a telemarketer has to sit through.  That's why they tell you to "screen your calls" or "just hang up" because that actually works to THEIR benefit.  If I can keep them on the phone for 20 minutes, and as little as 23 people do the same - that means that drone makes 0 in sales.  Because they talked to 0 people who were a quality lead.  Let the numbers work for us for a change - TALK TO THEM as much as you can.  Your phone call could cost them a sale, and every lost sale hurts their profits.  If we could cost them just 10% of their sales, I bet it would eliminate the profit of telemarketing.  If they can't make money doing it, only then will they stop.

Called this morning and left no vm

So annoying they been calling for over 2 months at random days, I've never answered not one call and no voice mail...hope they give up soon!!!

I got a call from  469-518-8676 this morning and didn't leave any voice mail. I returned back and got recorded message saying   " press any number to be removed from this list. It may take 24 hours".  I just hung up.

Just received a call, a recording stating that "The FBI reports........" it said to hear more information about this free security system press 1, when I did the call disconnected.

Got a call from this #, called back and got a computerized voice that said press any digit to be removed from this list. Hopefully I didn't just confirm that it was a live # thus causing them to call more.

Recieved two calls one yesterday n one today , no voice MSG left . If it's a  legal call n important they would leave a voice MSG
