These type of calls come in clusters and then we hear nothing from them for a while. It appears possibly to be the well known "Google Verification" scheme that is not really from Google. Third party 'businesses' attempting to make you think they are from Google to get you to authorize them to do "services" on your behalf with Google. The story is that if you give them any kind of go-ahead and information you will then find a hefty bill from them in your mail. From what I've read some of these folks will fake your approval to provide an excuse to perform services and then bill you. Also I have read that Google will verify you listing with them for free. My thoughts are it is best to never "press 1 to speak to a representative" if you sense it to be suspicious and give them Zero excuse to bill you.

they called looking for the business owner. Which I am, so I hung on speak to someone about all the calls they robo send. When I asked why they called, the guy stated that  my listing had bad info on it. I said I know its right because I set it up myself. He insisted it did have errors. So when I asked him how if it had errors did he get my phone number right. Then he called me a [***], and things went south from there. I hung up on him, and went to google to see my page. Apparently he decided to add a wrong address to my page. I fixed it then and there. Nice company.

I received a call this morning from a robocall telling me my Google business listing was wrong so I hit the #1 and then "Michael" asked me my name, I asked him the name of the business he was calling from, he said "IMS". He asked for my name again, I told him it was the 4th call I have received from their company and if he knew who he was calling he would already know my name. He then told me to: "F*#k yourself", "I'm going to kill you tomorrow but hopefully you'll be dead by then you country hick", and then, "I'm going to call you again tomorrow, go f*#k yourself". When I asked, "are you kidding me?" He hung up. This guy was insane!

Just got a call from them.  I am using the Truecaller app which is fantastic!  It tells me when the calls are spam, who's calling and how many others reported the call as spam.  The app saves me from a lot of aggravation in answering these bogus calls.  it's free.  Get it!
