Text received addressing me by my real first name claiming I had a FedEx package. Wanted me to click link to verify delivery address. Message forwarded to Anti-Phishing Working Group

They texted me with the wrong first name about me being entitled to compensation for a package not arriving before Christmas. I didn't order any packages with such an agreement. The few I ordered were all set to come in january.

Received a Spam message. Don’t trust.

”USPS: ____, your parcel ######## was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Claim here: (Link) and get reimbursement”

Didnt know the number. So i just looked it up then deleted. Thanks

TEXT FROM usps  claiming i had a refund with a link to click i believe this is a scam

Received a text at 4:30am saying my Netflix account was locked because my payment was declined and to click the link to unlock it. Total scam!

Text regarding AT&T package delivery change.

SCAM!!
Phishing, malware, crypto thieves, etc. sent txt saying I had just won a new iPad Pro with hyperlink. Blocked and notified anti-phishing

text supposedly from AT&T calling me MIKE - NOT my name! Says I came in 1st in Connecticut AT&T rewards and am entitled to a iPad Pro. Need to click link. NOT!!!! I do not live in Connecticut nor have I ever been there. Total scam!!

Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them.
That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number and a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
Never click on a link in such a text as it may cause malware to be inserted on your phone, and even if it does not, just as with replying "STOP" the scammers will know they reached a valid number.

Claim that I had won 3rd prize in a contest in Connecticut.  I don’t live there. Told me to claim the prize at a store with a letter/number nomenclature

They asked to speak with my deceased husband.  I just cut her off and hung up.
