It's not a working number.  In other words, it's from scammers trying to hide their identity.

I get scam calls all day long, I can’t even use landline for inbound calls anymore. I don’t answer. They are blocked, but I still see that they called. I keep that phone in another room with the door shut. That’s how bad it’s gotten. Am sure I’d have same issues if I got a different number. I got on with digital server quite sometime ago and that’s when all this started. Yes am sure my data was sold without my permission. Too late now. The damage has already been done. I just give up on landline.
