This is a poorly setup robocall that breaks in the voice, but is claiming to be calling from Microsoft about my windows computer. This is FRAUD (and badly spoofed callerid on top of the robocall making false claims).

Block the number now, before someone else spoofs the number to scam you again.

Went to answering machine as all numbers we do not recognize.  Our experience with all robocalls is that the messages begin mid sentence so you never hear the name of the company they claim to be calling from.  This one claimed our auto-renew payment of $299 would be charged for "subscription renewal" unless we call their number and ask to cancel.  DANGEROUS SCAM!

Same as above ... Poor quality recording started mid sentence ... Threatened to bill me if I don't call back and cancel subscription ... Definitely a dangerous scam

If they charge my account I will have them arrested!

Threatened to charge my bank account if subscription not cancelled by calling 1-469-856-8861

Received a message today stating that my bank account was going to be charged $299 if I didn't cancel subscription.  Up to no good.

I suspected a scam,  And checked Google.

Received a call this evening. They left a message that started mid sentence stating that if I didn’t call them back they were going to take $299 out if my account! My ID showed the call was from TX. I’m thinking of calling my bank.

Same experience as others. Obvious Robocall claiming that I will be charged $299 to continue using Windows on computer, unless I call to have it stopped. If I don’t recognize the number, I NEVER answer my phone. Beware!!

Number states it's from Texas (but all Indian speaking Idiots!!), so they may be actually in India, spoofing their #!  A guy said he' calling about a Computer I (supposedly) bought a year ago - HaHaHa - Didn't buy a computer a year ago!  I asked what kind of stupid scam if this, he hung up (Of Course!)! *** BLOCK & REPORT THEM ***

My mom just received the same call and was nervous.  I told her they want her to call back and give them her bank acct number so they can really take more money out.

VM left about calling this number to cancel subscription. Well, nice try, but we have NO subscriptions anywhere, so it was an easy call to NOT to call them back. Then quick Googling got me here--so yes, this number is a scam artist number for various ways to scam people. Block and forget. Done.

What if I called them back?

I didn't give them any information, but I did call the number back because I thought it was from someone else.  Hope they don't get any info about me.

same scam described by everyone else.   I called them back on a throwaway phone and ask where I needed to send the money order.  I told them I needed a physical mail address.  they argued and threatened and then hung up after cussing at me.  it was fun.  I may call them again just to waste more of their time.
