Called our office last week, but failed to navigate our IVR. Caller ID listed the number and "DALLAS         TX".

keeps calling, does not know if the doctor is male or female . cant give me any more info. very rude

KEEPS CALLING AND IS VERY RUDE. Says they are a credit card processing machine company, I have told them we are not interested and they keep calling. Man said "how do you know? are you the owner?" I have told them repeatedly to stop calling and that they sound like a scam.

Same woman named "Reina" keeps calling saying they are from our merchant services and insisting that I'm the person in charge of A/R at our office. We're part of a larger corporation so I always use that as my "get out of robocall" card by telling them that it's not handled at our level. Person keeps calling. Next time I'm just hanging up.

Still calling -- same caller ID. We have them blocked, so they should have got the message this time.

Well, yeah, because they have no idea you blocked them. Blocking conveys no message so all they know is you aren't answering their calls.

Call logging is spamming which is against the TOS of this site.  If you need to keep a call log then get a pencil and a piece of paper and keep it by your phone.  Once you have some useful, helpful information stop back otherwise there is no point for you to keep posting "I gots a call".

Called again asking if we accept credit card payments. Sounded very suspicious, so I hung up the phone.

Caller says they are with "merchant services." I let him know there is more than one company here and for the company he called he'd need to contact their main office. He said "are you not the owner?" I said "no, I'm not. I told you the owner doesn't work out of this office." He said over and over again "it's you, I know it's you. You handle credit card processing." I said "I do not, I don't even work for the company you called." He said "yes you do, I know it's you because I. KNOW. YOU." After repeating that he knew me several more times he hung up.
