These people call us every day sometimes twice a day. I tell them to stop calling I do not want their POS service.and can get better rates but they will not stop. So the next time they call I will schedule an appointment and waste their time then tell them to F%ck OFF.

I have received four calls from Cypress in the last week.  Over a 100 in the last six months. I have a call blocker so when they call the call blocker just hangs up the call on the first ring. They just don't get the message that I don't want to talk to them.

Attempted to screen call, asked company name, told it was Cypress.  Asked what their company did, got a "Thank you and hung up on"

Still blocked and only rings once
Now I've cut the ring sound off on blocked calls

Continued calls - dialer - no answer when I pick up. Very annoying

Caller ID comes up as Cypress, I answer and no one says anything.

Just calls, no message and hangs up.

4699415952 calls me everyday,  i am the office manager for the church, they ask for the reverend, (who doesnt want to be bothered with sales calls) i tell them we're not interested to put us on the DNC list, and he ask me "how do i know, can i read his mind," called me a " B" and then said "you're rude" before i slammed the phone in his face, but i called back, out myself on the DNC list, spoke to someone they pulled the number an time of call and are going to have a manager look into it.

Called twice yesterday and once today but never say anything, just hang up in my ear.  It's been going on for months.  I just filed a complaint with the fcc and suggest everyone else do the same.  We're a business and don't have time for their crap.

I answered the phone, said "hello?" paused. "hello?" no answer on other end. Caller i.D. Showed "cypress" . I stayed on til they hung up

They disappeared for awhile but now they're back.  I just pick up and hang up.  They've called twice today and once each Monday and Tuesday.  If I answer with the company name, they just hang up in my ear so I no longer bother.  Just pick up/hang up.

They have called me at least 4 times today alone.  I have blocked the #.  I have called twice & left my number to be put on their do not call list.  They are bugging me!

I've called and told them to not call our # (on 9/21).  They called again yesterday twice, the second time I answered "hello" figuring maybe I'd get a reply.  FINALLY did after listening to the boiler room.  Told the woman to remove our number NOW.  She said it may take 24-48 hours and I said it better not and told her I'd done the removal thing on 9/21 and yet here we were AGAIN!  She got testy and I hung up.  Today yet ANOTHER call (which I just picked up and hung up.)  Time to report to fcc.
