It pops up initially as Paraguay and this is the Message received:

Me and my friend got it at the same time but it ahowed up as one another sending it.

My girl friend called sombody an that pop up on my phone. It went to a answering machine said message successfully delivered i track it to Dallas tex came up private number

I got a message regarding action being taken under my Social Security card, and threatening that if I did not respond to the call an arrest warrant would be issued. Obviously, it is a criminal scam and the only ones to be arrested are the originators of the call. They have to understand that numbers can be traced to the place of their original origin.
