This number is from a scammer do not call back or respond. The person steve smith customer relationship manager left a text message on my phone and claimed to be from V Tech Solution and they have charged me  $499.99 and said if you want to cancel the subscription you must call 18209002207 and the cancellation should be done within the next 48 hours. He provide a number 14699825011 to click on to listen to full voice message.

Whoever is calling from this number, turns certain of my voicemails into a text message, then leaves this number at the bottom for me to click to hear my full voice message that was left for me ,,, it’s odd l have started getting text messages for my voicemails ,,, the number they leave at the bottom to click is 469-982-5011

Left a voicemail stating that my transaction did not go through and to contact them via the above number. What's really messed up is they used a local# to call me yet the c/b # was a 469 area code. SCAM definitely.

This is a transcribing service which converts vm to text, calling 469-982-5011 Is how you listen to the message, NOT the number of who left the vm. It does include the number of the person who left the vm at the beginning of the text message.

Received a voicemail from this number is very manipulative, disrespectful and sounds definitely like a scammer.

Threatens elderly parents with fake lawsuits regarding their children. Leaves no identification. Fake case numbers. Bye bye, bullsh*t scammer.

I believe this to be a collections agency, and they make calls to get to talk to person they are calling.
