No more calls

I got a call from this number today. It was a telemarketing call(Market Max). They want you to go to some website.  I was polite the whole time and the guy kept trying to get me to go to some website and watch some video.  I didn't do this. (Would advise against anyone doing it. Most likely infects you with malware.)

Took me multiple attempts to get them to say he would remove me from there call list.

They also call from number 720-253-0668.   I actually blocked that number from calling me anymore and then today they called me on this new number.

MarketMax as well, I did watch the video and they pressure a person into buying their fool proof market system for a couple hundred dollars a month. When I mentioned I was from Canada, they said it would work anywhere. I couldn't get him to say he would take me off his call list, he just kept saying let me finish. Here are the following numbers they have called me from:

I have a number of websites that display my number, so I'm not surprised, just frustrated.

These people called me 3-4 times per day for about 5 days in a row. I wasn't interested the first time and politely informed them that they were calling a cell phone and that I wished to be removed from their list. They continued to call. I asked "What do I need to do to convey to you that I no longer wish to receive calls from your company, what language do I need to use for this to happen." Still received the calls. Asked to speak to a supervisor, who told me he would not place me on the DNC list until I went to their website. They probably get paid for webtraffic, so I would NOT suggest going to their site on general principle. I again told the supervisor to place me on the DNC list. I did a little be of research and found out that this company is breaking several laws by continuing to call me.

So the next person that called I said something to the effect of "I'm having a wonderful day, please be advised, that like you, I am also recording this telephone conversation. You're the third person I've talked to today and you're going to be the third person I ask to take me off of your list and to stop calling me. Now I've asked people this before, and so I decided to do a little research on your company and found an online community that feels very harassed by you. Now if you refuse to place me on the DNC list my next step is to contact the Attorney General's office and file a complaint against your company and then I'm going to initiate a class action law suit. So how can we fix this?"

No more calls came in.

These folks are relentless.  Yesterday, after three calls in a row, I blocked 708-462-4725, but then, today. they called me three times in a row from this number (470-200-0432).  I blocked this number too, but within the hour I also received a single call from this same company from 202-407-3261 & blocked this one too.  
WHILE I was typing this message, this place called me AGAIN from yet ANOTHER phone # (702-879-9205).
Unbelievable ... As soon as I block one of their numbers, they just call again from a different one (I sure hope that they don't have a call center in every state!)
All of my phone numbers are on the 'Do Not Call' registry, and these guys still didn't even take me off of their call list after I threatened to contact my A.G.'s office about this situation.

I guess I'll be following-up on that call to the A.G.'s office in my state now.

I am still receiving unwanted telemarketer calls!! Make them stop!!

We are listed on the national do not call registery, but they have called two days in a row.

Calling multiple times per day, I have no interest in speaking with them, now they call and hang up immediately.

4/18/13 called left no message.      I do not answer unidentified calls, and will not return calls without a message left that might cause me to take the time to call back.

Same experience I had as RA mentioned in  his post:

Very aggressive, and unprofessional....Run the other way and make sure the appropriate law /BBB/attorney's office is notified asap.....

they have called me several times now and I didn't answer until today. They don't leave a message. He wanted me to watch the video and I said no thank you and just hung up. : ( what can we do about Market Max???? What can we do to get them to stop???

Harassment. They all sound so perky when they ask to speak with you and inform you that you have been "pre-approved" for a membership on their site. Give me a break!

Relentless

These people just keep calling and don't stop.  It is ridiculous that they are allowed to do this to people.  When you don't answer one number then they use a different number.  They must be real jerks to think that we want to do their program!  I keep blocking their numbers,  hopefully they will stop bothering me all hours of the day and night.  There must be some law that says they shouldn't be allowed to do this to innocent citizens.

Go over to https://donotcall.gov/ and file a complaint.  If enough people file a complaint the company will stop calling or face up to $10k per cold call made.

I'm getting 2-3 calls from this company daily. I told them I do not talk with solicitation callers and told them to take me off of their call list. They still keep calling.

I blocked a bunch of other MarketMax numbers, and now today am getting calls from this number. We really need a class action lawsuit against them!

We keep getting these calls and I just hang up on them. I'm not sure how, but telemarketers/machines somehow always get thru to our mainline and the calls will not go to voicemail or stop ringing; which is a pretty dead giveaway that I will probably not want to answer their call.

Caller ID says: Conyers GA. This phone keeps calling my company 2-4 times a day for the past week! I pick up and they don't say anything...anything at all! Why are you calling if you won't speak!?!? STOP CALLING and get a life!!!

This is getting ridiculous. We went from receiving 1-2 calls per week and now it is 6 calls a day. YOU DON'T SPEAK AT ALL WHEN WE ANSWER THE PHONE. STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!
