    The people calling you are not coming to this site to read your request, and nobody here can make them stop.
    To do that you need to tell them directly.  You can do that the next time they call.  I do not suggest calling them back since the number has probably been spoofed and you would just be calling someone who knows nothing about the calls you are receiving.
    Also, block the number on your phone; it will not stop them from calling but it should stop the calls from ringing your phone and will usually redirect them to voicemail where any messages left can be easily deleted.
