    I received a call from a Nathaniel Louis saying he is a paralegal from a company named Elite Service stating that I will be arrested for a payday loan from 2009 if I don't pay today I requested proof of debt ( since my identity was stolen) and he refused  and said the police will be coming to arrest me.

    Contact your state attorney general & block this caller.  It is ILLEGAL to make a threat of arrest or jail - will NOT happen even if you did owe money.  Refusing to give company information is also a violation of the FDCPA (they have 5 days to comply after contacting you).
