I answered they said nothing

called my work cell # & did not speak or leave a message 4/7 @ 1257.  Call stated Georgia

Called my cell phone at 12:35 PM and left no message.  From Griffin, GA.  Blocked the number.

called my cell at 12:23 PM, didn't answer, left no message

gentleman soliciting for wireless home security systems.  He uses a soundboard for speech as he has a verbal handicap and his responses are slightly delayed as he has to type his responses into phone. accounting for his delay in response when answering.
