Have called serveral times stating that there is a case pending against my name, SSN and drivers license.

These people keep calling me, my ex husband and work claiming I have an unpaid load...been through this once before. I owe nothing and this is a scam and harassment.

Got a few call a while back from a Jay Elliot 402 317 5059 stating I owed money to a money lending company called Hydra. Now I'm getting calls from 9724644751 stating im about to have two warrants out for my arrest for fraud. They said I must call assistant district attorney Nancy Lee at 4702372241 to take care of it.

Got a call today from this number saying I have a case against me for fraud and that I'm going to be arrested. Was told to call this number and ask for Antoine Means, an investigator. Who can I call to see because this is scaring me!!

These are scams just to scare you into paying money you don't really owe. I get these off n on at the point I should have been arrested 12 times. The police will not contact you if there is truly a warrant they come and get you. If you keep getting from same number take down as much info then call US State Atty in your state to report the calls

A lot of times most people don't want to own the truth knowing that they took out the payday loans and done this multiple time. I received a call from this same person and company and he was very sincere. I knew I owed the money and the interest over the past few dramatically increased the balance. Mr. Antoine means reduced most the interest and I settled the loan.... Look up the check laws in your state where you reside if you want make sure it's valid. Honestly just pay them off and improve your credit and your life.
