A guy by the name of matt burns keeps calling me saying that I owe $1,100 from a loan that I don't even have, I finally returned his call and he said he could get my balance down to around $700 then asked me if I wanted to pay by Visa/MasterCard, I told him I don't have the money so he then got the balance down to around $400 but he said That was only good for 1 day only so I said I could make payments, so I am supposed to call today and give him my debit card info so I could make payments for this loan I did not know I had.

NO!!!!!

Demand WRITTEN PROOF of this "debt" MAILED to you.  Phone calls, faxes, emails & texts are NOT official notification!!

RED FLAG - he will accept part of the balance due - and dropped that figure twice!.

It's a scam. They hit me for 350$

Antwon means from a division of police? It was unclear where he said he worked. He wanted 800$ for a pending litigation. . From a town I haven't lived in for years. He said he could get it completed for 350&. He had my social. Address. Email. All my info. Sounded legit. I search when u got off the phone. Found this page. Called back asked for the company's name. Hung up on me, now it goes straight to voice mail.

This appears to be a permanent number. This Antwon Means guy will not give a valid business name. A business ID number, state or federal tax ID number. Call and question everything.
