    2 women calling themselves investigators and won't identify for which company they work. They're a collection agency threatening legal action and impersonating legal authority as attorney's. Forwarded the info to my attorney.

    Most likely a scam.  Legitimate debt collectors ID themselves and have valid phone numbers.   If they have a valid debt they are supposed to send you a debt validation letter by US mail.  e-mail no good.  Of course they won't do this.  Other than that , ignore their calls.  Don't talk to them or give them any information.  Block their calls.
