Received voicemail stating, "Your file was sent to this office. Is being prepared to send to your local County Processor. Forfeiture of your rights, if call is not returned immediately, 470-237-4648."
Spoke with Olivia Shaw at this number. She said. "They are a mediation company by the name of AEP Solutions, located at 6050 Peachtree Pkwy, Norcross, Ga 30092. That her client is not interested in providing proof of debt which is owed.  That is why they were hired to mediate between myself and their client. Bill Baxter is our attorney."  I insisted on proof of debt. She hung up. Note. All of the above from first voicemail message, to information that client not having to provide proof of debt is in flagrant violation of consumer debt collection laws, or rules governing mediation. Unable to find an attorney by name of Bill Baxter.

Came through as an Unknown Caller. Went to VM. Left very automated message (with my name!) saying "Hello. This is Bill Baxter. I am calling in regards to that file that has been forwarded to our office for immediate review. Since this file is a time sensitive matter and a recommendation must be submitted to your local county processor, it is important that I receive a call back from you. Failure to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please contact our office at 470-237-4648. Thank you." Did not say the company he was with or what this supposed file was. I am not calling the number back.

I'm glad you called them back, because I wasn't going to. I googled the address they gave you & searched the entire shopping center & there was no AEP Solutions. There's a Petsmart, UPS Store, Cafe, Nail place, Dick's Sporting Goods, Income Tax, Physical Therapy, Chiropractor, Cici's Pizza, Jersey Mike's Subs.......but NO AEP Solutions. Ridiculous. I hate scammers like this! They are counting on people who don't know any better to call, being scared by the message, & willing to "pay off the debt" right then & there. :-(

I got the same exact call everyone stated. Seems theyre doing a batch of calls within minutes. NY here. Number came through restricted.

Just got a call from this number as well, came up as unknown so I googled the number and found all the comments and thank God I did, I will NOT Call them back, wow what people will do to scam money out of you, unbelievable....

Received a call from a blocked number.   When I answered the same message others indicated played along with a notice to press zero to be immediately connected to an operator.  I pressed zero and was transferred to Joshua Braxton.   He indicated that they were legal mediators and that a civil case was about to be filed in providence county in regards to an outstanding credit card debt owed to HSBC bank.   I questioned this as I've not had a card with that bank and requested written notification pursuant to the fair debt collection practices act.  Especially given that this debt doesn't appear on my credit report.   I've validated with HSBC that there's no outstanding debt with them.  I suspect that they refuse to mail the required documentation as they'd then be committing mail fraud.

Just received call from private number, let go to VM. Recording is same as others have reported. In Arkansas. Not calling back, didn't give name or place of business

Hi received same call/message few minutes ago and last week as well. I am sure it is a scam and I will not call them back

I just received the same call at my place of employment.  They left vm, I did not return call.  This is not the first time they have called... thanks for the previous responses...

Don't buy it. They try to scare you by using the language of "forfeiture of your rights". It's a scam.

Same as above, left a voicemail. I don't have credit cards and I have no debts. Next time they call I'm going to answer and just say "Where's my money?".

Received a call from an "Unknown" (blocked) number. Let it go to voicemail. Same recording that others have stated.  Did not leave company name or exact details of the nature of the call.

Same as everyone else.  Odd voicemail to my work phone...  I'm glad I googled the number before calling back, not that I probably would have fell for anything.  Just ANNOYING.
