Not sure what this call we reguarding. Very vague......
I asked for the company name; they said, "See you in court," and hung up.
Sounds like they were trying to run some scam and got frustrated when I asked questions.

The gentleman that called was really rude and disrespectful and going to tell me it’s time to grow up as if he knows me or knows my situation. This number and company needs to be reported

no company name, no real info just "we have tried to get in touch with you on this delinquency, press 1 to make a payment now"   I don't pay random people that call and request money.  This is the age of scams so continue to be careful.

I just received the same. I hung up after being told to press 1

Rude and very and disrespectful individuals. Refuses to provide a company name or any information. See me in court and hung up. I will not be paying you anything with that attitude after CALLING ME! SCAM SOMEONE ELSE!

left me a message about a confidential delinquent matter that is not in compliance with their office and could result in negative impacts to my credit report, wage garnishment or seizure of assets.

Left a message saying they were trying to get in touch with Toby. If you see them let them know

Voicemail: "Hi, this is Jessica from the client services department.  I'm calling regarding a returned payment that needs your immediate attention.  Please return my call today, the number on your caller ID or press one to speak to a representative before any further action is taken.  Thank you for your prompt attention."

I dont answer unidentified numbers that don't link to a google search. You want money i better receive a piece of mail or email

Got a call from this number. Sounds like a scam. No info on Google. I wouldn't pay it any mind

Just got a call from this number, Identified on voicemail as David Mercer "regarding an important matter currently under review in our office that requires immediate attention. At this stage, we would prefer the opportunity to resolve this matter voluntarily before additional recover activity continues."
I have zero matters that would get a call like this, sounds like spam to me.

Keep getting calls from this number and they ask for my old married name that I haven't been/used since dang 2011. They're even calling my husband leaving voicemails saying they're trying to reach me about some random case number for an outstanding account. My bills are paid.

I have been getting calls from this number and several other phone numbers including an 855 number. It's a different person's name each time. Today is was Jonathan Graves and having worked in the past for a legitimate collection agency, their tactics are direct violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Whoever they are (company or individual), they likely bought charged off debt for pennies on the dollar and are trying to get you to pay any amount on it. As soon as you do, it reactivates the debt that may have been charged-off a decade ago. The calls are a nuisance, but I would recommend ignoring them or it you have time, ask for their company's name and physical address. It's only fair since they want your information.

Called my place of employment and asked to speak with me- Caller ID stated "Gold Creek Food" stating it was a "personal matter" First off, I don't owe anyone - pay all my bills and these people should get tired of calling people trying to scam you out of a "green dot card" or other ridiculous money tricks. The guy calling was rude and said that I need to address this matter that day- I hung up on him.
