Good advice, also never press any key on you phone they tell you to do, (even to opt out) That could connect you to a long overseas phone call your most likely have to pay for, the phone co. pays them so much per call, that way the crooks can keep you on hold, the longer the better for them, they get paid for  by you. Also never say yes or agree to anything, the question they ask for you to say yes could mean your agreeing to something. Stay safe and hang up.
