Scam.  Tries to scare you with a Federal lawsuit.  They even leave a message.

This just happened to me.

I didn’t recognize number so did not pick up. Received voice mail about a call back or court case pending..... IRS will NEVER call you. Googled the number and noted scam. BLOCKED number.

Scam Call have called me twice. Definitlely a scam as The IRS does not call people. They leave a call back number and it is best to just ignore or block this call.

Said I did not response tax investigation and my file sent to court. This call was at 5 am!

Just received this call at 9:30 am.  Threatened a lawsuit is to be filed.  Scam!!!

Also left me a voice mail threatening a lawsuit for not responding to prior notifications of an IRS investigation

Scam. Saying IRS lawsuit and arrest warrant!!!! IRS will never call you.

Said if I didn’t call them back a warrant would be issued for my arrest

Some Asian girl answered,  Said she was the IRS I informed her she’s already been reported.

Digital voice message about a law suit against me...scam!

This number called my elderly mother and threatened to kill her. So bad that she called the police because she was scared. My sister called it back and was threatened and I’ve been calling it constantly but they just curse at me and don’t take my calls anymore. I wish there was something more we could do to people like this.

Why would you keep calling them back?! Do you like being cursed at? Because, see, the scammers could be spoofing the number and your constant calling is harassing the innocent owner of that number and that's why they were cursing at you.

An arrest warrant has been issued etc etc. It’s bad enough that I have had three of these (kept the voice to text view for evidence) but my parents have had two and they were really upset!
