Called three times and left no message.

I have received calls from this number several times, including just five minutes ago.  When I answer they identify themselves as EMT Medical and they need my medical information.  They are not my medical insurance carriers who already have all my information.  They are not a provider or someone who had treated me in an emergency.  When asked why they need the information, a cogent reply is not received.  I classify it as some sort of scam.

Have received NUMEROUS calls throughout the day from this number.  Caller ID says EMT Medical.  They always ask for me.  Only once did an actual person talk to me.  Said they needed to "update my medical information" to send me a membership card!  Told them I was not interested and have TRIED to request several times that they remove me from their calling list.  They just hang up.  I have reported this company to the FCC and will continue to report until the calls stop.  I believe this is a scam specifically targeted toward the elderly.

I am tired of these people calling my father. I have done everything from being rude to short of cursing them out and they keep calling. What can I do to stop these people from calling.

They call several times a day for over a week - when I explained I did not need or want their service, was told that "apparently you don't care if you die!"  I asked them not to call my place of business again - we'll see - thank goodness for caller ID because I will not answer it again!

This number called repeatedly the first time they hung up. The second time they asked a bunch of questions I refused to answer and when I asked who is this and where are you calling from they hung up again. I am certain this must be a scam!

just recd call from these annoying people..they will never get any kind of info from me medical or otherwise...absolute nuts.......you are wasting you time and mine.....go far away

very unpleasant person called asking for my daughter and was most upset that she no longer lived with me.  was very rude and refused to give me his number for her to call him and also refused to give me his supervisor.  again VERY RUDE young man.

Have noticed a missed call from this number each day this week. Shows as EMT Medical on my caller id. I decided to google it because they never leave and message and when I try to call back, it rings and rings. From reading everyone else's comments here, I'm kinda sorry I'm never here when they call. I work in the health insurance industry and I'd love to go toe-to-toe with someone trying to run some sort of medical information scam. I am heading over now to donotcall.gov to log a formal complaint. I urge you all to do the same!

i have been recieving calls from this phone number quite a few times this week including a half an hour ago. they identified them selfs as EMT MEDICAL and that they needed to update my medical infromation, i thought  it was something to do with my medical insurance company ,so then they told me what information that they needed ,and then htey told me that i had to write down a price of 398.00 dollars ,and i told them that i already have medical coverage that already has all my information and that i am not paying that much money that they were talking about ,and then the lady tried to tell me it was something that nys was doing toi update medical info.on people,and then i told her to [***] off and hung up on her.

We called med alert and they have recived calls about EMT MEDICAL . They have not heard of them . PLEASE do not deal with this EMT MEDICAL . They were rude and un profesional with my wife and had almost enough info on her to sound credible . I smell scam BEWARE.

They called Monday, September 19, 2009 and ask for me, and then hung up.

Calls repeatedly and hangs up.

They just called me and asked for Harry (couldn't really understand).  I then asked them to please stop calling here and the woman got all defensive and said "I didn't call you.  blah blah (still really couldn't understand her jarble)"  I said, "My caller id shows you call here and when I do answer you hang up or I tell you guys wrong number and you still call.  Then I said "Quit freaking calling here."  The lady was not a professional at all.  Something is up with this.

Something needs to be done about this!  I thought someone was hurt when the call 1st came up.  In this day in age we should not have to deal with this crap!

They just called me and it showed up as EMT Medical.  My wife has been sick and having medical issues so i initially freaked out.  I think that was enough to put me off guard.  They talk very fast and unclear.  They sounded almost credible but i know not to give personal info over the phone.  Something needs to be done to stop this.  I could see some people thinking this is credible info and getting caught in the scam.

I've been getting the same phone calls for 4 day's now. They identify the company as EMT. I've explained to stop calling that I have no knowledge of what there talking about. Gues what they also know you physical address be aware of the situation. Got into a shouting match with one guy Jeremy he talls me i don't my abc and so forth.....

They keep calling my mom.  They don't leave a message and when I answer the phone, I automatically tell them to take us off the list, they just hang up.  They keep calling, but don't leave a message.

my number is 480-2378 with a different area code - and I keep getting calls from my area code saying that I just called them - please stop calling me back the number that called you is 480-237-8044!!

Just got a call from "EMT Medical" I finally answered trying to put a stop to the calls I see on our caller id everyday!  The guy asks for my father, I say can I help you I handle my father's affairs.  He asks if I am Power Of Attorney and I respond yes, please take our number off your list he already has an id med alert bracelet.  He becomes angry and says he does not believe I am the POA and I am breaking the law....WHAT!!!  I told him to stop calling my home and calling me a liar.  Total scam...can't wait for another call to really lay into him.
