Received a call from this number at 7:45 pm.  No message.  Is this a collection agency?

Receive calls from this number all the time. Very annoying!

Just got a call.  I picked it up because it was a 480 area code, but no one answered.  Probably just another way for the phone company to get me to use the cell and burn money.

I received calls from this number and when it enters the answering machine they hang up without leaving a message

One call from from this number on Thursday 2012-06-14, I did not answer and let it ring (4 rings).  No Caller ID Name.  Also got a call from another number on the same day (and the day before):

480-270-8330 @ 07:52pm - No Caller ID Name

I suspect these are from the same scam organization that has been calling me constantly from a variety of numbers for nearly three months now, more detail and numbers in my posts here:

Answered and was hung up on.  So I called them at 480-270-8330.  Arizona Energy Company.  they called me last night and I told them to remove me from their data base.  Peddling sham energy savings.

Got a call from this number and another on Tuesday 2012-07-31.  One is new to the list of constant calls I've been getting lately:

09/11/2012 @ 1725 They say there are Solar Source Electric (doesn't exist) and are located at University & Priest in Tempe AZ. I requested they send me their Do Not Call Policy & the rep wouldn't take my address information to send, but I demanded within 10 business days. I asked they put me on Do Not Call and that they violated the Do Not Call Federal act. Reporting them to the FCC.  Tried calling the phone # back but just doesn't do anything.

9/18/2012 @ 1400 Finally got a hold of a company that says they are Merchant Services Inc. I requested that this person send me their Do Not Call Policy and gave them my address and told them that they have 10 business days to send me this information. Then I asked the person to give me their address and he replied with 3507 N Roosevelt Ave with a zip code of 850... and then hung up on me. (address doesn't exist since Roosevelt is a E/W street address) I called back & talked to Paul and he gave me an address of 3102 N Central Ave Phx AZ 85012. I asked for their suite number as that address is in an office district and he wouldn't tell me.  I asked for cross streets to their address and he said Jackrabbit (which is in North Phoenix).  (The zip code there is 85013). They refused to give me their website or any identifying information to their actual location. I asked you drive there every single day to the office and you can't tell me a cross street... So they are in violation of the FCC law that they must identify themselves correctly and factually.

09/17/2012 @1654 Received a call from Bruce saying they are Solar Source Electric. Told the person that I already told the previous person that I'm on the national Do Not Call Number and I have previously asked they not call me.  I requested their Do Not Call Policy and he hung up on me.  Yes this was yesterday but I didn't have enough time to put it into here until today. Again they couldn't give me their exact address but gave me but gave me cross streets of University and Priest.  Anyone in that area know of a telecom company operating in that area?

09/18/2012 2045 Continued to call this number but again... just dead air.  Anyone around Central and Thomas/Park Central Mall area know of a MSI (Merchant Services Inc) in the area or anyone near University and Priest that can see a telemarketing firm in the area.  All I need is their address... I'll sue them.
