This is a rat hole collection agency trying to squeeze money from me on a debt that was paid in full in 2011.  Do NOT under any circumstances allow them to bully you (their favorite tactic) or force you to pay.

I don't believe you. I think you're a shill working for the people making calls from this number. Otherwise, why would you do a web search on this number and make a post praising these people here?

Received a call from person, Kay McDonald. She did not identify who she was calling on behalf of. Left a message stating there is a warrant for me for defrauding a bank and if I didn't contact her she would forward warrant to my county clerks office. Also continued to state the penalty in my state is 90 days incarceration. I have never received any document by mail, which a legitimate company is required to do, nor did she identify what company she works for or who she is collecting on behalf of.  Since I have no such outstanding debt, I called her back at same number and received voicemail. Left message to stop all future calls and if she has something for me, send it by mail and I will prove I do not have any debt. Also blocked the number from my phone so cannot accept any messages from this person.  The practices of this person or company is unethical and illegal. I was unable to locate name of company by phone number, but would love for my lawyer to go after them if I can find out.

Thank you for this post, we just had a similar call from the same lady. Totally bogus and ignorant of the law.

Got a call from kate mcdonough today (480) 336-2607!!! Total fraud company!! Looked them up online, and only found a construction company in Texas by this name("Century Claims Services")that sells heavy const.equipment!!! Please all of you, report this number&company ASAP!!!! Got same call from another fake company saying i owe a payday loan from 2011 that i never was approved for!!! Wanna whoop people like these ass who prey upon our financial&online information live's!!!!

I notice you shills never (and I do mean never) mention that millions of Americans are being called by domestic, and foreign criminals trying to extort money on non existent debts. What about the people who get these calls that have no debts? I guess we just skip that fact to get to the illegal profit part, right?

Yes, everyone should pay their bills.  No one here is suggesting otherwise.  But there are scammers who will contact people at random, demanding they pay a bill that does not exist.  No one should pay a bill they don't owe.

Anyone who receives a call demanding payment of a bill should demand that the caller send proof that the bill is owed, in writing, by snail mail. This while not telling the caller their name, social security number, or address.  If the bill is legitimate the caller has that information and the bill will arrive soon.  If the bill never arrives its fake and does not need to be payed.
