this call was from a company claiming to be processors for Visa and Mastercard  what they process is who the hell knows.  Both of these Visa and Mastercard are two separate co. They dont do business together.  They wanted to talk to my teenage daughter on how to make money from home.  That statement alone means that they are some type of ripoff like stuffing envelopes from home to make extra money, or a mystery shoppe.  I told them i would call Visa or Mastercard to check them out.  They  hung up at that time.

a telemarketer claiming to be Jason called at 10 am this morning askign to speak with Donald Yoshizumi. I said if this is a solicitation to please remove our number off the list.
He said he could not do that unless Donald Yoshizumi specifically asked him to do it. I said this is my number and do not appreciate how many phone calls are being placed by your company.

I asked for the number, and he said, "1-800- [***] you" and hung up.

I am reporting this, completely unnacceptable.

I spoke with a rep- Chris Smith who reported a call back # of 480-389-0472.
He explained that the company was a revenue sharing program called My Choice Business Services-
web site mychoicebusinessservices.com. The " recruiter" asked for $ 495.00 that would cover the cost of my merchant ID. He explained that once I paid the fee - I would receive a call from a consultant in about a week to take me to the next step. The primary job function would be to generate new leads for the company-

I am constantly being harressed by this number.  To the extent that I am being left messages calling me a [***] and [***].  The more I request to be taken off the to call list, the more they call.  If i don't answer they continue to call.  This number is also associated in some way with the number 602-635-7309.  As these two numbers call me the most.  They do however change there numbers entirely do be something entirely new if i go a day or two without responding to either.

I got a call May 31st 2011 from My Choice also.  Only from a different number with the same area code,480 245 5777.  I thought oh boy another scam, but I decided to listen anyway.  Once we were more than half way into the conversation I told him that  I never jump into anything.  I think things over first and  check things out.  The caller went into a long spiel about all the reasons why I should trust My Choice and
the procedure followed if there is fraud.  I told him it sounds all well and good but I like to check things out on my own.  Then I was politely accused of not trusting My Choice.  I further emphasized my own need to check things out in a nice way because it is the way I operate.  This was not appreciated. At this point I really felt they did not want anyone to investigate the company, just join, pay the $495.00 for a license and the $5.95 every month.  The caller would not give me a contact number to call back if I wanted to join.  I used this as a reason to hang up on him.

This dopey number is calling me again!! At 10 PM!!!!! When are we going to get technology that lets us SHOOT the caller?? I'm ready for it! This like 25 other calls in the past 3 days doesn't have anyone on the other end. I've started picking up and screaming as loud and as long as I can when the calls come in. Wish there were someone on the other end!

Well, I'm just finding out that I just gave $195.00, plus thirty for last month to my Choice Business Services.com, and they will not return my money. That's something they promised me if I didn't make $2,000 in the first 14 days. I got duped by them and Magic Kids USA and The Saken Liquidation Corp. all to the tune of around $1,000 altogether, but I'm gonna sue.

a  good  place  to  complain of  one's credit card company's  non protection  from  these  scammers  is...
    https://help.consumerfinance.gov/app/ask_cc_c ... veTVQellkQ2s%3D
Strange the card co's  do  not  keep  track  of  the  number  of  disputes  on  any company??  Sure  helps  the  offending  co...!!  Found  that  Atlantic Pacific processing  was  the  disputing  bank  in  my case.
As the card  co's  sure  seem  to  accept  the excuses  from  the  merchant .... that  product  was  delivered,  but  they  do  not  have  to  prove  it??   Then  one  would  think  that  a  co.  TOTALLY  going  under  would  make  any  protest  by  them  a  moot  point.  3 yrs.  of  commissions  and a  yr.  or  more  in  advertising  defaulted  on??
A  recent  response  to  another victim  from AZ.  Att. Gen.

    Dear Friends..
I've spoken to Nancy with the Arizona Attorney General's office.  She was as helpful as she could be.  She sent this letter for me to be able to go to my credit card company with this info.

My credit card company wouldn't do anything because I went past the "60 days".  I am going to send this letter to them, along with a phone call to see what can be done.

If this information is helpful - you may want to use it to contact your banks as well.  We can get these scammers if we work together!!

Dear xxx:  Attached is a summary of Arizona’s law which you may want to use to advise your credit union of your desire to rescind the sale. The Arizona Telephone Solicitations Statute (A.R.S. § 44-1271, et seq.) requires telemarketers to register with the Arizona Secretary of State.  The statute also requires telemarketers to post a $100,000 bond with the Arizona State Treasurer’s Office.  A.R.S. § 44-1279, states:“A consumer may rescind a sale by an unregistered seller at any time.
The consumer may recover any financial damages caused by the unregistered seller and reasonable attorney fees and costs.”  If you have already filed a dispute and been denied a refund, you may want to contact your credit card company or bank and ask to reopen the dispute, providing them with the above-referenced language in the statute.
This e-mail is not intended to serve as legal advice, but rather to inform you of the provisions of the Arizona Telephone Solicitations Act. Thank you for informing our office of your concerns.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

What a rude response - you must be one of the scammers.  There are laws out there that do protect people against crooks - goods and services misrepresented and not as presented. There's also goods and services not delivered. When everybody gets together that has been scammed by Economic Freedom, My Choice Business and all of the other names these crooks have gone by and get a class action suit against them, they are the ones that will not be laughing. Since these crooks have a history of targeting senior citizens that are not computer savy, they are actually the lowest form of predators.  I just hope no one is your family is ever "stupid" enough to fall for their slick talk. With everybody posting more and more about them on the internet, hopefully we can put them out of business once and for all. One post at a time and everybody sticking together can bring them down and you can't be sued for telling the truth! The scumbags know what they are and what they are doing is wrong.
