This number calls and you call back and the number is not in service?!  Can't find the number anywhere and comes up unknown.

This number called my cell phone many times but never left a message so I finally answere and the lady on the other line asked for me then when I said it was me she said she had my personal file on her desk and wanted me to verify my address, date of birth and my social security number. Of course I hung up on her and she hasn't called back.
