received a call from a very nice young woman who said she was calling from UPS (not UPS Oasis Supply) about our account. When she started asking about the product our company sells that had nothing to do with shipping, I realized that she was not with United Parcel Service and googled the number while on the phone with her. Ended the call politely and added the number to our telemarketing list.

called about my business UPS shipping account, was a young woman, knew my company name, my first name, city. but... she told me she was my rep, manager, did not give me a name... not sure if legit.

A legitimate UPS rep would give you their name right off. If you have cconcerns about your account, contact UPS at a known number, such as one from their website. This will insure you are actually speaking to them and not someone possibly spoofing a number.

Received the call while at lunch - She left a message and it turns out this is one of the numbers displayed when my UPS rep calls from her office

This is legit. It is the Arizona office which manages UPS Supply Chain Solutions portion of UPS.

called me, they left a message, usc or usp ,calling about a customer service problem, then left an email
with persons name carol thompson.  Lost the message in Archive.

This number is 100% a legit UPS number. It is their PHX office that handles service and sales

480-40-37200 called with the ID as UPS Oasis Supply.  Wanted me to call back at 866-248-7613.  Seems like a SCAM to me!!!

A legit customer service call from UPS

Just got a call from a nice woman from "UPS" who didn't have our shipping number.  Hung up.

Received a call saying a specific individual in our office created an account and they wanted to make sure it wasnt a mistake as we already have an account. Odd thing is this person doesnt handle shipping at all. She wanted us to verify our account number. Which really she should have this information. when I said I wasnt comfortable giving it out she hung up on me. and Yes it says UPS Oasis Supply and the number seems legit but being in this business I see a lot of piggy back calls. Our phone number has been used before as well. Its common to receive a phone call from say 123-456-7891 but they are really calling from 987-654-3210. All part of the scam.

left message saying new account opened - and they needed email-  most likely scam - since i have a UPS rep locally

I never answer, but they leave voicemails pretending to be UPS and wanting information about my (non-existent) business. Blocked.

UPS rep calling regarding my newly opened UPS account. Really nice dude!
