This is an outfit named Adsup.com (sp?) which I have asked repeatedly to remove me from their phone banks--to no avail.

I have received 6 calls from these people, each time the callers are becoming more and more rude! I have requested to be removed from their call list, and the number goes into a voice mail that can't take messages.

So irritating!

I receive a call from them almost everyday and when I ask them to take me off the call list they are very rude. I want it to stop!

They call 2 or 3 times per day. Rude and unprofessional!

It's not Adsup.com, it's Adzzup.com

Just got ANOTHER call from them! Asked yet again to be removed from call list, and told them NOT to contact me again.

I also reported them to the FTC. The gentleman at the FTC suggested to send a cease communications letter via registered mail so they would have to sign for it.

If they aren't leaving you alone, I'd report them to the FTC. Enough calls, and they may be facing some legal action.

Got 6 calls in 2 weeks.  I figured they were subcontracting prison labor to handle their telemarketing.  I called the number below and spoke with someone in customer service and I told him that if I got another call I would file a complaint with Tempe PD.  He took my info and promised to have me removed from the list.

This company continues to call my cell phone, acts rude when I answer and won't stop calling. They don't leave a message.  How they got my cell phone number is beyond me. How can I file a formal complaint against them to stop these menacing phone calls?

It sounds like a boiler room operation for telemarketing.  If it is the one on Kyrene then they are more than likely in a warehouse right next to the Southwest Gas building.  Yes, these are ex-convicts who are hired as 1099 employees and their only job is to use whatever means possible to sell you something including intimidation.  The environment is laden with loud music and a slew of desks for the revolving door of employees that come through.  Places like this need to be shut down.  Next time file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.

I got a call from this number but did not answer. They did not leave a message. After looking the number up and finding this page, I decided to call them back. There was a pre-recorded message, in a woman's voice,  that said something to the effect of, "We are attempting to contact you regarding a magazine subscription you are currently receiving free of charge for your place of business. Please leave your name and number, and we will call you back within 3 business days." I left no such message.

This number nows comes up as Performance Recovery, Inc. A FLA collection agency engaged in the practice of falsely populating caller ID with a local phone number.  They primarily deal with state govt agencies who claim unpaid sales, real estate, or income taxes due.  Extreme strong arm tactics - a name that I have is Futi Taafua - undoubtedly an alias.  Harrassing without due cause.
