That is easy to resolve, simply contact your phone service provider and tell them you no longer want to subscribe to those numbers.  They will disconnect your service to them and assign them to other people who want them.

Or, did you possibly mean to post that you "do not wish to receive unwanted telephone calls"?
That is a bit harder to resolve since anybody with access to a phone can call your number by simply entering the appropriate 10 digits (and they do not even have to know that it is your number).
You can block each callers displayed number as you receive each call, but (depending on the blocking method you use) that will only stop the call from ringing your phone or stop ringing after the first ring.  Some blockers will redirect the call to your voicemail instead of ringing your phone.  But blocking will not stop the caller from calling again since blocking only deals with handling what happens on your end, it does not prevent calls being made to your number or even inform the caller that you do not want to receive their calls (although, if the call blocker directs to voicemail you could change your outgoing message to something like "Do not call me, I do not want to talk to you.", but that might upset wanted callers who get sent to voicemail when you cannot pick up).
Also, since scam callers tend to spoof the displayed number and change that number frequently, you could end up blocking multiple numbers for a single caller (whose actually number you will never know).

The only way to insure that you will never get any unwanted calls is to unsubscribe from your phone service and never resubscribe during the rest of your lifetime.
Otherwise, you will just have to accept that unwanted calls are a part of having a phone.
