I as very busy and rushed to the phone.  When I said hello, the caller hung up in my face.  I will not tolerate this, as I was preparing for bed.  I am sending all the information I have about this number and its location to the Federal Trade Commission and my phone for unfair practices, and unauthorized use of a phone number.  It is the epitome of rudeness to hang up in a persons face, an to also have no callback number.  I will put a stop to this company from breaking my time for relaxing.  

Once is enough with me, when rudeness is concerned.

Like many others I get calls from 480-438-2826 without asking.  So nice of them to ring my phone then hang up on me.  Why would they even take the time to be so menacing?  Perhaps the FCC should be notified.  Certainly I am not the only person receiving calls from this number.  I won't call it a company as it is hard to imagine a company that calls someone then hangs up without passing one their business message?

This number has called repeatedly (I counted 10 times this past week). It is a recorded voice that begins "Attention Power Customers!" I never listen all the way through, but I believe it's a solar equipment sales pitch. As I am on the DNC registry, it really chaps me that this number calls so frequently. It comes up as "Cell Phone" and appears to be an AT&T mobile number.

I too have been getting numerous calls this week from this number, and can't call back anyone to tell them to knock it off.  I am also on the DNC registry.  Anyone know the number to report them?

Me too.   Once or twice a day.   I have a message that says I screen ALL unidentified calls - and I do. Of course, if this is an automated system, they aren't getting the message.

I get several calls a week from this number.  It is a cell phone and I never answer.  Obviously a robo call that keeps going round and round unless someone is available to answer at their end.
Very annoying.  I contacted the phone company and they say I can put them on Call Reject, but that's only good until they use another number to call and then it starts all over again.
They need to be reported. I never got soliticious calls until I signed on to the DNC list.

I pressed 5 to be removed from the list, but they keep calling.

The calls drive me crazy, they wake up my grand son and I also got another power call 623-547-4897 I told them they could not help me. I will again tell these people to not call this non -call number.

Any venture capitalists out there? Why don't we put together a company that sues other companies that violate the DNC ruling and just common abuse of the phone system. And we all know (Or at least we SHOULD know) that it's not going to stop without some kind of legal action.
These calls are rampant from thousands of numbers all across the country. Obviously they have "hidden" their identity so that they can continue to violate our privacy and our phones with .
However, with some work we could get special permits to UN-hide these perpetrators so that we may file summons on them. I am a businessman and would be more than willing to donate some of my time to get something started. We shouldn't go on without doing something to cause our indignation to be unfettered.

By the way, when these people call us, they simply hold the line open as if they're just listening to us but they say nothing, even when prompted to do so.

I do not want your phone calls anymore-I have hit the "5" button several times and then call keep coming.  When I respond and want to talk to someone to get me off the list they hang up.  Sounds like a telecom company

Got two calls in a row an hour ago.  Just added the phone number to block list.  
I suggest don't hit any buttons when answering these calls. FTC officials advise consumers to hang up as soon as an unwanted marketing call arrives. Don't press any numbers if prompted to do so because this will alert the marketer's computers that an active phone line has been found.

I agree with you.  We need to stop this crap.  This number calls me every day 2-8 times daily and then no one is there.  Put me on the list to stop this insanity!  kevansmay@yahoo.com.  Thanks!

They call and call, hang up and use privacy invading aoto dialed to harrash me...they should be put in jail

I get calls from this number several time a day. It does begin with "Attention power customers and goes on about green utilities". I am on a do not call list, but it doesn't stop them. The last time I picked up there was nobody there. I will no longer pick up the phone, but it is very annoying.

So I received a call from 480-438-2826 but didn't answer it. I tried to call back but it just went to a message stating "this person has a voicemail that has not been set up. I found out it was an AT&T number so I called AT&T. I spoke with a supervisor (Joshua) and found out it is a prepaid phone. He did research based in what I told him and said he will have the line terminated as soon as he can, he is hoping for tonight. He also said he will follow up with me tomorrow. Hope this helps

This number (480) 438-2826 calls me 3-4 times EVERYDAY.  They say they want me to save money on my APS bill.  I listened to the end of the call, finally got an operator and told her to stop calling me.  She hung up.  I called APS to complain and was told it is probable a solar company trying to sell to me.  I already have solar.  I do not want these calls. How can I make these annoying calls stop?
