I have received numerous calls from this number (at least 3 times a day for weeks.)  I have never answered the calls based on the reports from this site.  I finally blocked the number yesterday.  Today after seeing this number once again appear on my caller ID, within minutes I got three calls in a row from 480-282-3692.  The name that appeared with this number on my caller ID was Roger Culp.  Of course there was no message left.  Just guessing that this latest number is somehow related to 480-438-2826.  Anyone else have this experience?

These people are over the top in rude and annoying. They call in the morning and noon and evening. One time one man made fun of me because I was having a hard time to speak because they drive you crazy. I have also pressed 5 to be removed but usually another number picks up to harrass us. I reported it today to DNCL. I have decieded that for now on I will set up the appointment and have them come out to my house so I can waste their time and money and than maybe the word will spread not to bother me.

They call up to about 15 times per day and never give information and seem to hang up whether I get the phone on the first ring or the 10th ring.  This is insane!

That Press 5" does not work.  It lets them know you are a live number.

I checked with my local power company and they confirm that this is a solar company attempting to drum up business.

I have be repeatedly getting calls from 480-438-2826 several times a day. Dometimes they leave a recorded msg about energy customers and sometimes nothing. They have also rung once and hung up a few times. You cannot contact them if you call back, they say their users mailbox has not been set up yet.

AARRRGHH!!! What is it with these people?!? I've lost track of how many times: 1. I've pressed 5 to be removed from the list. (Now it's press 9 to be removed) 2. I've pressed 1 and spoken to a person who is ALWAYS rude because I wanted to be removed instead of setting up an appointment. If they don't hang up on you right away, they say they will take our number off the list, but they always call again.

Yes, I get the same call almost daily. I believe it is a solar equipment sales call, but they pose as taking a "survey." I too am registered on the Do Not Call Registry --which as far as I've witnessed, is useless.

These organizations (call centers and phone lead generation orgs) exist only because they are cheap and effective.  If for every 1,000 calls they get a viable lead that turns into revenue for the company, it's probably worth the cost of the message equipment, autodialers, and minimum wage telemarketers.  It's probably even enough to offset the fine imposed if the DNC registry actually did anything to the offending company.

When I receive lots of calls from a given number and they either "game" the system by posing as a survey or non-profit organization, I do my little part to fight back.  If it's a live person speaking to me, or if there is an opportunity to "press 1 to speak to a representative," I will spend a few seconds pretending to be interested, and then I ask them to hold on for a moment while I attend to something on the stove.  I set the phone down and then go about my day.  My hope is that I've tied up one of their reps so they make fewer calls, make less money, generate fewer leads, and the company ultimately finds other marketing avenues --because this one is no longer economically feasible.  Oh, and it feels pretty good to f**k them back.

They won't stop calling, I never answer. Just ended up blocking them with the *60 feature.

Dial *60 to block the number. Works for Century Link anyway.

Allied Energy.  Repeated daily (multiple times a day) phone calls, often times no recording, just a hang-up.  Selling energy saving something for the home.  Customer service people are rude and hang up when you ask them to remove you from the list.  I've had them hang up just asking for the company name.  Have yet to get my number removed.  On Do Not Call List.

We keep getting unwanted calls from this number.  We spoke to them once and demanded to be taken off their list, but obviously, to no avail.  Our number is on a no-call list, but they don't get it.  I will report to the police group who can handle local nuisances.

As of today we have probably received over 2 dozen calls from this "company".  On 3 occasions I have pressed 1 at the end of their recorded message to talk to a "human being" and have asked that our number be dropped from their call list...after a moments silence the caller hangs up.  We are on the DNCR which certainly hasn't applied to these people.  I strongly believe that they should be fined/and or stopped from making these irritating calls.  I'm frustrated that their are people in this world that feels all laws and restrictions apply to everyone but them.  I'll keep an eye out on this site to see if someone has the contact to stop these people permanently.

He won't terminate any line for this reason. They won't cut off a paying customer, especially based on an allegation that is hearsay.

Why would you call aps? The calls are obviously not from them. That's like calling the IRS when a company calls promising to save you money on taxes.

Maybe the DNC list is actually given to them with instructions not to call. Hey, free leads!

Yes, they recently shut down the calls from Abode Air (they used different names) from all the complaints, including mine, which I filed after each call.  BUT this company is back under different names and no caller ID.

I've received over 5 calls in the last 3 hours.  how does one stop these phone calls?  I tried calling the number but "this caller has no e-mail/voice mail account."  Can we file a law suit for harassment?

I have received numerous calls from this phone nbr. (480-438-2826) over the past several months - and this company has become very abusive about repeatedly calling - and the call goes to a busy signal. Obviously they are having problems with their software. Please contact them and make them stop this behavior.
