Get one or  two calls a day. I do not answer so I don't have personal experience, but I appreciate the many comments re the pests!

Just got a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. I looked at some other posts and it seems to be telemarketing but can't be sure. If they call and I answer, I'll let them know that I'm not interested, this is a cell phone and ask them to remove me from their list.

I stayed at a Shell vacations property in March, I booked it real cheap on a cyber-Monday deal. Several months later, they called and offered me a stay at their property in San Diego, but I would have to attend a "meeting" and receive a "free lunch".  no thank you!  now they call every few weeks about 4-5 times in a row. No messages left.  they're on my block list, so my phone simply shows the phone number that was rejected.

I didn't recognize the number so I thought it must be a scam or cold caller.  The number seems to be for Shell Vacations marketing team and a cold call. However, they do in fact own several hotels, one of which I had stayed at.  Apparently once you have stayed at one of their properties you are on their list to contact with additional information about deals etc.  You may be getting a follow-up call and not a cold call.

Quit calling me

This company called me 7 times between 5/7/12 and 5/12/12.  After the 7th call on Saturday, 5/12/12, I called them and told them explicitly to remove my phone number from all of their databases, and that if I received another call I was going to report them to the FCC.  The woman to whom I was speaking took my number then said, "You're all set."

I received my 8th call today, 5/14/12.  

Any suggestions, anyone?

I enter their phone number in a bunch of marketing sites on the internet so the spammers get spammed.

These people are a pain in my back side. I receive between 3/4 calls per day and I'm sick of it. What I decided to do is answer the phone and not say anything and they hang up.

I am sick and tired of these phone calls both AM and PM. At first I answered them, and no one is there.
Of course I now ignore them, but I still am bothered by the ring. This is in Olympia, Washington
