called the home phone...that we don't use....the cell phone I WAS going to replace, but it has been acting up, telling people that "this caller is unavailable" so people I know call it until they get me. The scammers must think they have a disconnected #.   Ha ha ha ha     Thanks to you good folks HERE, I saw that this #  was a SCAM...I thank you

This number is calling my home office and my work place...........

The financial backer(s) to the making of these willfully harassing calls, I view as evil bottom feeders and pathetic cowards.  An honest person reveals right up front who is backing their calls.  The backers and the callers do not deserve to occupy space in this world.  What's more, our own government conspires with them to let them do this by refusing to reveal who it is that disrupts our day and steals our time from us.  Our government could provide us with the identification of the perpetrators, but insteads perpetuates this behavior by their refusal to cooperate. If the customers knew who (financial backers) was doing this, this problem would disappear overnight.  Asking evil to stop practicing evil is like trying to empty the pool water using a sieve... it's fruitless.  (evil practices secret combinations)

I made an appointment which they kept.  The company is Pure Solar Now. Phone 602 993 6333.  Arizona  contractors license #089477.  
According to the rep who kept the appointment the fault "Is with the telemarketer", not them.  Yeah, sure, and I've got a bridge I want to sell you.  Promised to stop calls to me.  Perhaps if enough people call the company they will stop.

They called me around 75 times in 2012, sometimes up to 5 times in one day.  They constantly changed phone numbers so blocking doesn't help.  Now it's begun again.  Having any contact with them might make it worse, since they could say you "did business" with them.
I keep track and file Do Not Cal List violation complaints, but it's useless.  I plan to call the sheriff or file a police report if they don't stop this year.  Robocalls are against the law, whether or not you are on the Do Not Call list.

Several times a day calls come to a captioned phone restricted for the use of hard of hearing individual  No response when answered. Very frustrating.

Like all of you above, I too receive almost daily calls from this number.  Very annoying.

Yes, the 480-559-2841 number comes up on caller ID as "Wireless Caller".  The telemarketer says "Don't worry, we're not selling anything" (lie #1).  When I directly asked the telemarketer what the company name was, she said 'United States Energy Alliance', which as far as I can tell doesn't exist.  The telemarketer  won't tell you this, but the company that keeps any appointment you make for a "free energy audit" is Pure Solar Now.  

They describe energy fixes including duct-sealing, insulation, solar attic fan, light-bulb replacement and smart furnace thermostat, but it isn't until about an hour into the appointment that they tell you that you must buy all of these as a package deal, all-or-nothing. The deal they offered me was around $7,000 financed over four years at 17-18% (I don't think so), and you must *sign that day*, or no deal.  No time to evaluate, no opportunity to compare prices or get other bids, just the 'hard sell', now-or-never.  

Considering the fact that the company lied about 'not selling anything', lied about who they were, their sales rep didn't even have a business card, and I objected to their sales tactics, I passed.  If they are a legitimate company, they are using some seriously deceptive business practices, which is not something I want to become involved with.  So don't fall for the 'free energy audit' story.

Three times within 2 hours from the above number.  Subject is power consumers, etc.   They are harassing me with their recorded message.

My phone rang and caller ID said CELL PHONE AZ and the number 1-480-559-2841.  After a long pause a recorded message started that said, "Attention power company customers."  At that point I recognized it as a scam and just hung up.  I then phoned our local power company and reported the caller to them.  They have alerted the public several times through local news media about this scam.  Being on the National Do Not Call registry is a total waste of time and does nothing to stop these calls, because the government has no power to do anything about them..  Reporting them to anyone except the police or your electric utility office is the only thing that can stop them.

June 3, 1013:  I have been getting frequent calls from this number (480) 559-2841.  When I pick up the phone they're is apparently no one on the line - at least no one answers, and there is no recorded message.  Other then harrasment, there is no reason for these calls.

Called us three times in an hour. No answer.

These people call every few hours, I pressed 5, per their instructions, tp not receive any more calls.  We are on a no call list I thought!  This is a harassing call, very annoying.  What can I do, threaten a lawsuit, etc to make it stop.  It's something a out power bills, very long message

Beyond ridiculous now.  This number has called the house at least four times today and the last two were within an hour of each other.  Pressing five to supposedly be removed from their calling list doesn't do any good except compel them to bother you more.  I first complained about this number about a month ago and the problem still persists.  The police need to investigate these people for harassment and put them out of business.

I called these calls.  I have tried to call them but keep getting a msg that they have not set up their mailbox yet.
