I have never gotten my windshield repaired or replaced, Ive never even had a crack in the windshield. Besides, if I did, under certain florida insurance policies i can get it repaired for free.

I have never heard of this company until they called me today and would never have used a place like this anyways. Dunno where they got my number from, but im glad I did some "google"ing before answering/calling back.

These guys replaced a window for me two months ago and have called three times since. I never answered till today, and I explained to them that my number is on the NDNC registry, I told them that I will be registering a complaint and if they call again they are liable for a $500 fine. When I requested a supervisor, I was put on hold (they just covered the mouthpiece on the phone) for 15 minutes. I could hear mumbling and walking around, and finally laughter. When the next person got on the phone, I repeated my request to be removed from their system. The response I got was outrage. The guy told me that it was impossible to remove me from their automated service, and that since I had done business with them they could call whenever they wanted. I reassured him that if he did not remove me I would be filing a complaint with NDNC. He told me to go ahead and try, no one has ever been successful. When I asked his name, he hung up. I will be reporting this same story to the NDNC registry. Lets see who gets the last laugh.

just called my wife's cell, no message.  she never had the windshield done, besides insurance covers 100% glass replacement.  why should i use these idiots, i have a friend in the business and it's not him.

Unfortunately, there is often no way for Coast to Coast to respond to grievances that are posted anonymously online or to those that are never sent into our corporate offices. Specifically, with regards to local BBB complaints, Coast to Coast is in the process of contacting all local bureaus in the appropriate markets to ensure that they have the correct contact information."

I hope all of you are not thinking that this number 480-559-6126 is linked to Auto Glass Stop. We do not know whom this phone number belongs too. We are in Fort Worth, Texas and we do not travel more than 60 miles from our shop. You say you dont travel more than  60 miles from your shop? I live in South Florida. I got a call from you and they hung up after I answered. When I called it back they knew exactly who I was and that I had a windshield replaced several months back. They wanted to know if i had had any new cracks and need ed a new windshiled. Not only that but someone came to my door trying to replace my windshileld again.

I got a call from this number this morning. It said it was unknown, If they don't know who they are, I sure don't, I didn't answer the call

I CONTINUE to get calls from this number.   Sick of it!  They hung up on me today when I asked them what their problem was!  I don't even own the car any more (the one that the SAID they fixed the windsheild on.. ).

I got a call on my cell from this number last night but did not answer and they did not leave a message. Several months ago an aggressive salesman from this company knocked on my door and told me I had a chip in my windshield. I went out to the driveway to have a look and there was a tiny chip about as big around as a pencil eraser. He said his company would replace the windshield for free and recommended that we call my auto insurance company. So I called and then he got on the phone and lied by telling my insurer that the chip was in the field of vision for the driver and so the entire windshield needed to be replaced. The chip was actually way down near the very bottom of the windshield. I could not even see it when driving.

This salesman then setup an appointment for me to have the windshield replaced, gave me a document and left. I immediately called my auto insurance company back and told them what I had witnessed. They offered to send a well known legitimate company out to look at the windshield. When I called Coast To Coast to cancel their appointment, they were very rude and aggressive. At first they offerd to repair the chip instead of doing a replacement. Then another "manager" called me back and basically said if I was too stupid to take the free windshield then they didn't want to help me at all. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Coast To Coast is a company that rips off auto insurers by replacing windshields that often can be repaired. They use aggressive door-to-door salesmen, aggressive telemarketers and they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Please do not do business with this company. Call your auto insurer and have a legitimate company repair or replaice your windshield. My tiny chip was repaired and is doing just fine. I saved my auto insurer hundreds of dollars and that translates to lower auto insurance premiums for everyone.

They keep calling.  They came out and replaced my windshield about a year ago.  Then in October there was a hail storm that did tons of damage, but not in my area.  They have called about 6 times asking inf my windshield was damaged and needed replacing.....from a storm about 6 or 7 months ago.  I keep asking them to stop calling...but yet they keep it up.  I will be reporting it to the BBB and the FCC.

Ok this business needs to be put on report with both the BBB and FCC.  I strongly encourage anyone else getting calls from this business to report to both places ASAP.  The more the reports pile up then maybe they will learn their lesson.
