Yes,  I too have been getting regular monthly calls from this place.  

All this started after having them replace a windshield that I pretty much got pressured into getting about 2yrs ago.  I did need it and luckily my insurance covered it but if I knew they were going to be stalking me repeatedly every month afterwards I would have chosen another company.

Just mark that number as "Do not answer".  That's what I had to do because Jenn is correct they won't remove you.  I asked several times.

"My windshield is fine.",... "No, I don't need another one".

People actually came to my HOUSE wanting to replace it again!

I have asked there maggots to stop calling me 5 or 6 times,they tell me every time that they have removed me,yet I still keep getting calls from them that wake me up....PS... my number is on the " Do Not Call List "

This is Omega Auto Glass and they will not stop calling me after I had used them a year ago. There has to be something that can be done since we have the "do not call" rules.

Thanks to all the messages, I will NEVER use Omega auto glass.  Hope they read these blogs. Harrassment is not a good busines model.

they call at 0800am on saturday this is get old and i had my windshild replaced a month ago from another company. do all of the wind shild companys share the customer info this is wrong

Glass companies who want to leach onto your insurance.  Not only to they continuously call they knock on your door.  I have even heard of these scumbags actually messing with the windshield before knocking on your door to point out the problem.

I agree. I was pressured into getting it to. My insurance ended up covering it, and there was a small chip, they did good work, but the calls are annoying!

Its Omega glass. DO NOT USE THEM!! The first time i got suckered in to saying "Yes" and they lost my VIN number 7 TIMES!!! They kept calling saying "we lost your VIN number again"... Thats profesional! Then I had some guy knock on my door one evening and try to offer me a new windshield. I told him No and then he asked if he could get something to drink (a gas station is right down the road). Now they are calling me every other week asking if I need a new windshield. And for the weeks they don't call me they are knocking on my door at 8:30PM!

I have received 7 calls over the last 48 hours.  I'm sick of it and now I'm filing a complaint with the FTC and the FCC.  I've been on the do not call list continuously since it began.  I've called Omega 4 times regarding the HARASSMENT and it goes on.  They picked the wrong person to ---- with.

The do not call list, excludes a business which you have  dealt with in the past or have contacted in the past.

They called me too,at 10:50 am,CID says Omega Auto Glass. Bad connection,I could hardly hear the man. I don't live anywhere near there, and I don't drive or have a car. >_<

I HATE getting calls from unidentified persons or parties, especially on my cell phone. If I get a call from a number that I don't recognize, I will immediately hang up and 99.9% of the time, there is no message or voice-mail.  It PISSES the HECK outta me that people will cold call anytime of the day or night and not identify themselves and it costs you time and money to find out who the HECK they are.
