I have registered under the "do not call list" and it doesn't seem to help! Is their anything that can be done!

You can file a complaint with the FCC for phone abuse, especially if you are on the Do Not Call register and have not solicited information from these people: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

The more people that file a complaint, the more likely they will be shut down and prosecuted. Just keep track of the times and dates that you get these calls, if at all possible, and add any other supporting information.

I do not want this company calling me anymore!  They call and don't leave a message then when you try to call them back to find out what they want their voicemail is always full so I hold for an operator and after a minute or so I get an electronic message that there is no operator available.  I don't mind calls from people who leave me a voicemail or that I can call back when it's convenient for me but don't call me if I can't call you.  I've seen on the Internet that this is "Snag a Job" doing this calling and I want it to STOP!!!

The same number has called me today for the first time. No voicemail just a missed call, very annoying. I agree with Stacy, if you leave a voicemail then I don't mind calling you back. But to just call and hang up because you have too much time on your hands, that sounds like a personal problem to me. For the stupid person(s) who are doing this, you will get karma and when it hits you, I hope I am there to see it so I can laugh at your stupidity!

spoke with "beau' at that phone number who claimed the company is called "college bound" and said they're in new york, yet it's an arizona phone number

when i asked for the company info, mailing address, owner, etc., he said he didn't know it

yeah, right

anyway, i'm taking proactive action now - will be filing lawsuits against these harassing calls under federal law for $1000 per call - i'm keeping a log

let them know that YOU are recording THEIR call and that continuing to call you will result in you suing them for $1000 per call

They call at least 2 times a day, on sunday they called at 10:30 in the morning. Always at inappropriate times leads me to believe the company call center not in Us.

I get this call at times too. Hope proper action is taken, and the authorities shut them down

Now that you have been noticing that the "do not call" does not work don't complan here  Tell your elected congressperson to do something to fix it (what a novel idea ), then get a caller ID set or a phone that allows you to block specific incoming calls. That works much better and saves all the frustration.

It is monster.com.   It is a sales call.
