Called me from this number, left message to call back at 866-249-1556 extension 1037312.  I called thinking it was my cvs prescription.  The lady said that they don't have my name on file.  The extension I called was for Botox.  I don't do botox!

called and asked for me, could not understand what they were saying (on speakerphone?).  told them to call back on another line.  never did

I received a call also and they said it was CVS pharmacy wanting my billing information. Of course I didn't give them anything and reported them to our local CVS pharmacy. Who ever is allowing all these scam numbers as some have hundreds of numbers should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

You really should look up phone number spoofing. You'll learn something.

Called multiple times but I didn't answer because the phone said potential scam.  Next day I received a call with a CVS/Caremark caller ID and left a message asking me to return the call.  Called them and the one thing they wanted was my birth date.  Refused to give it to them multiple times because it seemed like a scam.  Definitely don't deal with these people.

Woman calling from 480-614-7504 left message for me in my name asking for return call to 866-644-0876. Said calling regarding my prescription order & had my order number. I called, said they could not get into my order number info. I called my prescription service. They called the 866 number, told me to disregard it. Didn't say it was spam, just to disregard it.

Spam requesting personal information, impersonating cVS Caremark. Fraud.

This was a message from CVS Caremark regarding a prescription

I figured it was fake, we never pick up anyway, then found it was indeed fake.
Was going to call them on my untraceable voip one, but why bother, we just block these fakers.
My phone will allow 100 numbers to be blocked.

Caller was male, indian, said our co pay for medication was $3000. Told him that was wrong, we have co pay of 0. Felt like a scam.
