- Dave| 5 repliesJust had the identical experience as Bryan and Kevin. I believe the company's name is Accredited Interchange and they offer loans. Needless to say I too experienced a rude call and question the sincerity of the apologly. Clearly the issues have not been adequately addressed and since it continues is not isolated. FYI Business Owners are not the only individuals who can legally bind a company; just look at a large publically traded company.

I wanted to hear more so I scheduled. a very handsome young man came in and promised me the world. long story short I signed up with them and i couldn't be happier. i have never dealt with a more courteous merchant service company. I saved $180 last month alone!! anyway i saw all these bad reviews from non customers and wanted to put my 2 cents in :)

The guy gives me a line about how my credit card processing has come up for review and I am now eligible for lower rates by cutting out the middle man. I tell him that there is nothing to come up for review because I don't accept cc. He says, "you said you were the one responsible for merchant accounts." I say, "I am, but that doesn't mean that I HAVE a merchant account, because...." Before I finish, he rudely hangs up on me! Nice phone manners Accredited Interchange! What you don't know is that I am interested in accepting cards - but not from someone willing to give an obvious B.S. line about how my account has been reviewed. How about trying the truth?! Could you save me money? I guess I'll never know because of the guy you hired lost out on an opportunity because he's an A$$.

- JackA man called from this number and wanted to talk to the owner. When he was told the owner was not interested in his merchant services, he called back 3 times trying to get to the owner. Extremely rude.

Ray called back just to tell me how unprofessional I am. I let him know how unprofessional it is for a telemarketer to call back just to say that and hung up.
He called back a third time, and I told him to quit calling.

- JP| 1 replyReceived a call from this number yesterday. As soon as the caller started speaking, you could clearly hear the chatter of a typical boiler room call center in the background. Male caller asked for owner but mispronounced owner's name twice (all 2 syllables) so I corrected him. Caller's confrontational response: "Since you have such an attitude problem, I'm going to take my business elsewhere."

Just Google Eric Karnezis. You'll come up with some interesting stuff. This is from a website called shamscam:
They called to our store and said they're from our credit card processing company and that we got approve for a lower rate. My employee then gave them my husband cell phone. After thousand of calls, my husband gave in and agreed to see them. Eric Karnezis, regional account manager of paradigm direct, came to our store and promissed us that they can offer a lower rate then Costco, the one we have been going through. He looked at our statement from Costco then punch in some number and show us that we only pay half what we paying Costco right now if we switch to his company. He promissed that his company will buy out the contract from Costco if there is any. He also promissed that if we didn't like his company we can cancel any time, no string attach. After my husband agreed with what he promissed, he then typed everything in the application and asked my husband to sign where he marked X on it with out going over the application. While turning the pages for my husband to sign, he keep talking to distract my husband. I have the video from our store to record all that. He got a printer and print the application but then he said that he will make a copy of the application and give us copy of it. We were too naive to see the non-sense thing like that. After the time he came back to set up the to credit card machines for us, he disappear. After 9 days when we see the first time they pull from our account, it was a lot more then what we pay Costco. We call Eric direct phone line and e-mail him, but he was no way to found. We talked to the customer service, Jessica finegan. She denied all the promissed from Eric and said this is what we offer you right now. We told her we want to cancel them, then she said the service can be cancel but we can't cancel the lease. We told her there wasn't any lease. After that we asked for a copy of the application, and it was e-mail it to us. Now looking at the application, everything Eric filled in there were completely opposite with what he promised. Now we stuck with the lease for 60 months. I already filed a complaint to BBB, and i'm trying to report them to all our local news. If they didn't respond to me in 2 weeks, i'll have to bring them to court.- Caller: Accredited Interchange

- McoleWow. Just got a call from these clowns. Googled the number and came up with this website. A telemarketer from this 480-823-2929 number just called. The starts talking louder and LOUDER over me as I politely tell him, " not interested". I then hang up and two seconds later get a call from an "Unidentified Number" which I chose not to answer. I minute later, I play the message and it's the same guy saying, "You're an idiot. A complete fool, IDIOT!". So Mr. Eric Karnezis, apparently the inmates are running the asylum over there. You appear to have no control over what your employees are saying to people. Nice job!

- EngineguyA man named Steve called me about 2 months ago to notify me about a review on my merchant account. After talking with Steve, I set an appointment to have the interchange agent come out and see if they can save me money on processing. I was quoted a decent amount in savings each month and was told that included even the payment for the equipment. This company is charging me more money then before and never said my early termination fee as stated. I searched the company and found a lot of interesting things about the owner Mr. Eric Karnezis. If they call you google his name and then decide if you want to do business with them or not. SCUM that is what he is. He is lying to take advantage of the people that own honest businesses.

- KylieI have had the same problems. I work for a doctor and they called our office demanding to speak with the "owner". Afraid that it was an upset patient I asked who was calling and if there was something I could help him with. He replied with a very rude "No. This is Accredited Interchange and I need to speak with the owner". I put him on hold and thank god the ass hung up. Freaking telemarketers. We've got cancer patients. I don't have time for your attitude or sales pitch.

- From an informed merchant... replies to Bill V.Maybe you should learn how to read contracts and conduct your business in a savvy fashion. There are certain obligations of both the business and the merchant service provider. Your complaint is weak and resembles more of a grade schooler whining than the intelligent response of a successful business owner. Buck up!
