This is a call from Allied Interstate, a debt collector.  This is one on thousands of numbers they use.  Trying to collect on debts that are more than 7 years old.  They call multiple times and never leaves a message.  I never answer their calls. I called back, they answered Allied Interstate.  I hung up.

Call starting at 8am. Then all thru the day until late at night .

This is a call from Allied Interstate, a debt collector.  This is one on thousands of numbers they use.  Trying to collect on debts that are more than 7 years old.  They call multiple times and never leaves a message.  I never answer their calls. I called back, they answered Allied Interstate.  I hung up.

'IQOR' appears on numbers traced back to debt collection firm Allied Interstate, which does collections for Synchrony (GE Capital) and other consumer accounts.  If they are calling you, your phone number is registered to a consumer credit account in default and that has been turned over the them for collection.

This is one of the MANY numbers used for Allied Interstate, a debt collector. They call over and over throughout the day, all day long. Unfortunately, there is no limit to how many times they call. They just cannot call back to back. I'm just waiting for them to get a little closer in frequency for me to report them for harassment. They NEVER leave a message. Its for something that is many years old and was actually paid off long ago. UGH, guess I will have to send them a cease and desist to get them to stop. So annoying!

Whomever this is have place multiple hangup calls to my number from this, and similar numbers. Hang up calls constitute harassment, regardless of the originator.
If this is a collector, they are clearly in violation of the law. A Collector is required by law to identity themselves; where they are calling from, and what there call is about---this IS the law---no exception. Report them to the FTC.
Although it requires no amount of education, or level of intelligence to work in collection, that does not excuse them. Using outsourced callers, and spoofed numbers are just ways to circumvent the law and stat a step ahead.
Many of them are non participating third party collectors. They are lower than the sleeze in the bottom of the barrel. They do not represent an original creditor. In many cases the search public records and insert themselves in where the debt may have been paid, or has expired.
Check your state. Each state has statutes of limitation on specific debts. It can be from months to years depending upon the debt. The 7 year period is simply the amount of time most debts can appear on a credit report.
Use your internet. Locate an address. Send a cease and desist letter to these folks and ones like them. Tell them that they have to cease and desist from all further contact, and by any means of contact. They legally have to abide by that order. Send it certified.
If they fail even once, take the time to file a report with the FTC, and your states Attorney Generals Office, Office of Consumer Complaints, and BE FORCEFUL.
Stand up. I know too many folks hurt by these folks.

Receive sporatic calls from this number monthly.  Received 2 calls this morning within 2 minutes of each other.  Answered the first call, they hung up on me when I answered.

They just say they are a business office but won't tell me the company name
