we need to actively go after these guys. i have filed reports with my local law enforcement, tempe az law enforcement, ftc,fcc,bbb. attorney general offices of az and nc. and i'm going after Sales Genie for providing my number. if they threaten you report it to the fbi.  does this sales technique ever work for you guys?  have you ever sold anything? apparently not since your employees seem to have trouble getting paid.  i hope you like prison!

How do I contact the real atlas contracting in AZ? Would love to help put Atlas Supply out of business.

The AZ corporate commission handles complaints like this for corporations.  Other resouces would be the Maricopa County Sheriffs office, AZ attorney general, Tempe AZ police department.  

My company has filed complaints with each of those.  We bought some very generic first aid kits from them years ago, and the calls do not stop.  They are very rude with our secretary.  The product came from California Pacific Products out of Chattsworth CA.  We have asked them to pull us of their list, they have always been very polite about it.  One lady there told me the sub contractor they use in Tempe has always been a problem.  I am not sure why they still use them if that is the case.

You are so right! These guys don't stop! They have called me for 4 years now. We have had some language back and forth with these guys but they don't care. Like clock work, once a month I get a call from them. The only 'Unknown' number I receive. I have no idea how they got my number. Arguing only eggs these guys on!

Here is what I did, everytime they called- At least 3-4 times a week- I answered and when I had the same dumb hick ask for my husband like he was his best friend-- I asked hime to hold and blew a fog horn in the phone. It stopped the calls for about a month but he just called today and I answered and got cursed out when I asked who was calling. I am going back to the fog horn and reporting this to the police and who ever else I need to to have these morons stop calling our home.

"Jimmy" from Atlas - AKA the worst phone telemarketer moron in the world -  won't stop calling us, even though I told him his calls are unwanted, un-needed and unending. He has implied that I (a woman)am somehow PMS-ing or such nonsense when I get exasperated with him.
Obviously, I don't pick up the unlisted phone calls anymore. Good riddance to this low-life soon, I hope. Maybe he should call a talk show host like Howard Stern or something. Might be good for a laugh.

bought first aid kits from them two years ago. get calls all the time. sometimes rude harrassing, sometimes hang ups. wont answer them anymore. just think how bored you have to be to do what this person does. loser.

Repeated harassing calls, several times a month. Lying about being a contractor looking for a bid on some work. Foul language used when asked them not to call anymore. False call back numbers. Absoultely horrible telemarketing co.. If the western builers supply knows this then they should be shut down as well.

You ex tool man.... some ppl have businesses in their homes.  These jerks called up and said some very rude sexual stuff to my teenaged daughter. How would you feel?  oh... that's right... you're a jerk too!
