    Calls often.  Leaves no message and if you answer hangs up.  Called 5 times today.  I think this is an automated system that puts you on hold until their rep. comes to the phone.

    Have been asking for my social security number over the phone. I of course said no, and I hang up. They have somehow got hold of my cell phone number. I'm almost certain its a scam, I have never owned a chase credit card.

    480-902-7050 Calls numerous times a day and no one speaks.  It has been going on for almost a week.  My husband is very ill and it continues to wake him.  I can't change my number due to doctors and family.

    Think this is a new scam....NO credit card company or bank will ask for a SS#: they all know better.  Chase is huge, owns or manages for many companies, so its an easy one to masquerade as. Another clue is that Chase is NY based, all their return call numbers are 800, and they do NOT have a Phoenix based collection location.

    I just started getting calls from them about a week and 1/2 ago: call at all hours, on weekends, never leave a message.

    Best advice is to report them to the Feds and Chase, never answer that number, and DON'T GIVE ANY INFO if you do pick-up.

    It is an auto-dialer system.  The first time I got a call from them, I didn't realize I had missed a payment because the bill doesn't have the store name on it. I've also gotten calls for another person from this number.  I would gladly let them know it's a mistake, but you cannot speak with a live person.  I feel the excessive number of calls (6-8 per day on my CELL PHONE)is harassment and I'm going to look into the laws on collection calls.  I've gotten calls as early as 8:02am and as late as 9pm.  I thought I'd paid off the card in question, and started getting the calls again - had to shut my cell phone off at work so I don't get in trouble.

    UGH!! they keep calling my house everyday!! they just called 2 min. a go i answered and said hello 3x but they hung up.. i usually get these calls around 30 times a day the phone rings off the hook....

    I too have been getting calls from this company, they keep asking for someone I don't know, never heard of. I have repeatedly requested that they take my number off their list which they don't. This has been going on for 1 year. I filed a complaint with donotcall.gov because I am on this list. I have been trying to contact this number numerous times but am on hold forever! I am at my wits end. They call every morning at 8:00 am!  I am filing any report on them that I can!

    This company keeps calling asking for someone I have never heard of. I explained this and requested my number be removed. I have been getting calls for over 1 year now and repeatedly told them not to call. I filed a complaint today with donotcall.gov  This is a prepaid cell phone and it is costing me money with each call. Now when I call them back I am on hold forever with no one except a recording!

    These people have been calling us everyday at least two times a day asking for a Lester. They call early on Saturday and Sunday.

    I think this is a Phishing Scam because they ask for a lot of information when I tell them to stop calling

    It was Chase - BP specically in my case and they wanted my checking account information so they could get my account caught up.  No giving out that kind of information to some unknown over the phone.  Told them I would get caught up when I get the paper bill in the mail!

    They have been calling our home four times per day for months. We tried initially to tell them to not call back, but nobody answered. We have no Chase card, no BP card, no Pier One bills and no Toys R Us bills, either. Very annoying.
