Yes these guys call my cell number constantly. If you call the number you get a recorded prompt then an agent comes on. To get back at these folks I have set up an autodialer to call the number nonstop while I am at work. Maybe if I flood their call center with anoying modem tones they will get the message.

Getting numerous call a day as well. We are behind, but only because of my husband's layoff. We've never been late on anything in over 15 years. But when you go from making 200,000 a year to only 60,000 that's what happens.

Yes, it is still BP Chase card. They want to know when I am gonna pay. I told them I am not gonna pay. I got the card to get the rebate on gas, than found out it is only on ultimate BS gas, not to mention I gotnomoney to pay. Told them take a number and get in line.

Get calls every day at least 10 of them. Have also told these people that the person they are asking for does not live here. But they still call. Collectors are not allowed to call that many times a day. They are allowed 3 calls per day for three days then have to wait until the next week. I know this because I have done plenty of collections myself. You can check this out by looking at the FDCPA regulations and it tells you who to call to file a complaint, which I have done. Even after telling them that this person does not live here and to take my number off their list and stop calling. Will be filing another complaint soon.

They keep calling me also looking for someone else. Even after I told them they have the wrong number actually acused me of covering for someone that I cant even say there name.

The caller id indicated that 'Chase' was calling.  Caller wanted to discuss a payment on a credit card that I do not own and when I said i did not own such a card, he began pressing me for personal information such as my SSN and mother's maiden name.  I did not give any information as it seemed fishy, but he said he wanted to verify information to see if I was a victim of theft identity.  I asked him to provide ME the information he had on file and he would not.  I told him I would look into the identity theft myself and to take me off of his call list.

This number is for Chase BP.  However they are somehow using this number to route calls from Manila, Philippines.  All you have to do is ask them where they are and they have to tell you.  IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO ASK TO BE TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE LOCATED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.  These outsourced jobs for which the companies receive a HUGE tax break belong to unemployed US TAXPAYERS.  IT is OUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS that bailed these compaines out - so that the CEO of JPMORGAN CHASE could receive his $100 million dollar BONUS a couple of weeks ago - as reported in the financial news.  The caller will ask you why you want to be transferred.  All you have to say is 'because I asked to be transferred'.  They will probable just hang up on you and call again.

this number calls me very often, I don't answer it. I think they try to steal minutes. How can can I   block this number?

They claimed they were Chase Fraud and that I was overdue in gas card payments.  I called the number on the back of a Chase card and they said I owed no money.  I also have no gas credit cards.  And they had no record of them calling about my account.  They said this was probably a scam and not to give them any info.

Okay this number has been calling me. I haven't picked up. The reason to that is because I don't have a credit card at all. And I have nothing with CHASE!! It makes me so mad. They call from 7am til 12 am. I DON'T HAVE A FREAKEN CHASE CARD.

I do not have a credit card with these people so they really need to stop calling my house 20 times a day..I dont have any credit cards and dont want one...STOP CALLING

I understand they are calling because we or well i owe money and they want it--i'm not disputing that, but calling isn't going to help them get money from me or anyone else.  They call my home, work every hour--it is really ridiculous.  Times are rough right now, economy is not good, jobs are scarce and money tight.  I do want to pay and am trying to get another job so i can do this.  My son ended up in the hospital last year appendix rupture and had lost my insurance. What they charge for hospital, doctors etc is outrageous  $20,000 because i have no insurance plus monthly bills ontop of that  i am barely making ends meet. I just wish they would give us a break like they got--stop harrassing people

this number has been calling me off and no for a about a month now . When I answer there is no one there and then it hangs up . Other times there is a voice mail , but no message was left .

It is Chase. I have several accounts with them. I overlooked one of my card payments in May. I called them myself to alert them that I am aware, and I will be setting up payment for May/June together. I set it up to come up a week before June payment was due. Well, it was already paid, the bank confirms they took the money, and they are STILL calling me. They called me today at 8am on a SUNDAY. I AM all paid up. I missed a payment by 3 hrs (after 5pm EST on a weekday) back in 2007. This time I realized I missed a payment by a few days (because I thought I paid it... several Chase cards). I called them to say I was sorry, and they said it was okay for me to setup May/June together. SO that is just what I did. I gather they do NOT update their systems so that their HOUNDS get this info. Even yesterday AFTER the payment was taken they still called and hang up. They even did it again this morning SUNDAY 8am on the dot.

I am being treated as if I miss payments often and I'm more than 30 days late. This is complete shite
