Got a call from Mr. Gary Edwards (my caller ID said: HARLAN 480-945-8020).  Gary asked for our CEO by name.  Our CEO was not available.  Gary would not leave a message, just his name and a call back number (listed above).

Jerk demanding to speak with the president of the company refused to say why

He is still at it in 2022. Says his name is Chuck Harlan with SCR and wants to run something by my boss. He's been doing this for years. You'd think this stick is getting gold by now!

Harlan called and asked for a Mr. "Smith" and I ask which one, there are three here.  He says he'll check and call back.

Today he called back without knowing which one he is looking for.  I see he has been at this for years.  He will never speak to whichever Mr. "Smith" he is looking for.

Asked for the name of the president of the company and asked what the call was regarding. Caller ID mention "[first name] Harlan", don't remember the first name. He mentioned his name was Harlan and calling about a "Business Proposal" that needed attention. Harlan mentioned he would call back the following week if the president was not around. Put him on hold and by the time I came back to take a message, Harlan had already hung up.

He found another victim, me! Asked for me when I picked up and then just hung up. Maybe he gets his kicks on hanging up on people. Thank you for this page.  Will try the aliens line next time
