This was definitely a scam call. It was a robo call, and even the recording was a fake, computerized voice. It kept repeating something about my social security number being blocked, but I missed the excuse they gave for it because I was trying to switch to speaker phone so my husband could hear it. The caller ID said Media, PA, but I don't think the number was spoofed because it was the same number that the recording said I needed to call back. I've gotten just about every spam, scam and telemarketing call I've ever heard of, but this was the first time I got one like this.
