For the past several days, twice a day - no message when answering machine picks up. Caller ID says "MX Energy". If you Google "MX Energy" there is a lot there about scams.

I called the number back and it says you can leave a message to be removed from their call list. It says to allow 24 hours to take effect, I'm hoping this works. I did the same thing with another company and that was successful. I'm not sure how my numbers were obtained as I was able to confirm that they are on the do not call list.

@Oriana I left a message on their recording as well and they still continue to call me. I do not pickup, however when it goes to voicemail they stay on the line and don't leave a message. It registers as a message and is simply dead air when I listen to it. Quite annoying !!!!

I have left a message.  I did not leave my name.  I am on the do not call list, and I should not have to leave my name to be removed from their illegal list.  I will be contacting the CT AG and evaluating other legal options.

To be clear - they call AT LEAST 2x/day.  at ALL hours (just got a call at 8:45 PM, get calls at 9AM too.  whenever I answer, it's dead air.  and when I don't, I leave a message

they are calling at all hours of the day - early to very late at night. Calling now about 5 times a day ANNOYING AS HELL! I reported them to the do not call complaint line!
